My next door neighbour is cutting his grass. Is this the new norm? Is it climate change or is my neighbour a total moron?

What stories do you guys have about dumb or scumbag neighbours?

When I was working the Easter break was usually time to get the mower out and that is more or less when I start now. February seems far too early.
There has been few a times though when I’ve had to seek shelter from sudden blast of hailstones even at Easter!
As for annoyance, a fence is not a sound barrier so keep the druddy music down or wear headphones..
