The great Christian commission is to spread the gospel of Christ to all that will listen.
Not to force it on folk who are not interested or to argue pointlessly with the more offensive opponents.
In that sense, we are all supposed to be evangelicals.
Unfortunately, the term seems to have stuck with the more vocally active branches.
This ranges from vocal, but caring to absolute fascist and judgemental.
The extremes of this are clearly displayed in the Divided States of Trumperica with massive media coverage.
Personally, I think these people will be the unfortunate souls who will be weeping and gnashing their teeth.
