I can`t see what`s in the link but wouldn`t be surprised if it`s related to this from The Guardian about The Canadian Woman locked up for two weeks.

If they really want to save government money, how about looking at their tax payer funded prison for profit industry.

It is. The lady is from my sons hometown, Whitehorse in The Yukon.
My daughter in law sent me it.
