Piker is a left wing influencer at the centre of some controversy around whether he did or did not use a shock collar with his dog. The evidence seems very flimsy but the scandal has run on as the right are doing their best to keep it going as a stick against someone with opposite views to them.
The OP is pretty right wing so there’s nothing really to see here unless US political nonsense floats your boat (both factions seem like clowns to me personally)🤷🏻♂️

Kristi Noem, the republican Secretary for Homeland Security, didn`t use a shock collar. She took it out the back and shot her dog. A bit like Old Yeller except it wasn`t rabid.
