Anyone know what`s going on with it? New owner and looks like it`s being stripped out. Any chance of a decent cinema? (Yes, I know it was already gutted so can`t be easily made into a cinema).

A dentist is much needed but what dentist needs a building that size?

Maybe they`re planning to show The Marathon Man in the waiting room.

I always found it ridiculous that it was an American diner type place beneath a strip bar. Like the dad`s drop the kids off for a milkshake and head upstairs.
If it`s a dentist I`ll assume only one part of it will be the dentist and the rest will be something else...maybe not a lap dancing place though.

It was never really a family American diner. It was supposed to be a sports bar (when it opened the whole thing was it had X amount of TVâs) that served food. It was kinda aimed at, come watch sport, eat, drink then head upstairs and get a lap dance type of thing.
Itâs biggest problem was it was in Dunfermline. I know it had some regulars (not me đ) but there wasnât enough birthdays/stag doâs types of nights out in Dunfermline to facilitate a strip club

Confirmed that it`s to be a dentist/dental school. Ground floor dentist, second floor for teaching, third floor for offices.

It`s the same person who has a practice in Dyce that DOES take NHS patients so fingers crossed. If you`re needing an NHS dentist you could try the one at Halbeath. They were taking NHS patients when they opened.

The one at Halbeath are full to capacity now I believe. One of my colleagues went with them as our mutual dentist in east port went private.

They haven`t had NHS spaces in years, unfortunately. I don`t even think they`re adding people to the waiting list anymore.

Seriously? I`ll need to pass that on. They`ve got signs on the door saying no NHS!
