Well, I`ve found something new today.
Spitting in a public place if findable up to £400. If your dog fouls in a public place it`s £50.
I can only conclude that however set those fines has never got dog crap on their shoe.

If a football pitch is reckoned to be a public place, the government could make a fortune every week from the players. It gives the knee sliding celebrations extra lubrication, if rather less appeal.

what about using your finger to close one nostril and then blowing hard and fast to clear the other?
tell me your still allowed to do that or is it another example of political correctness gone mad!!!
ps both are disgusting but consider dog mess on the street much worse
