Need someone to repair my pars goretex jacket.
I haven`t found anyone who doesn`t have a serious attitude problem yet. Must all have plenty work.

Daughter got an expensive hand bag repaired at Timsons,in Douglas st.Did a fantastic job and saved a fortune.I would pop in and ask them.

Tailor. If it`s Taylor recommendations you are after, I`d recommend Swift, for Songwriting, B.G. for Groundworks and Sutherland for Goals.
Don`t go to that Tailor along East Port Street, they are rude and also very expensive. Didn`t do a very good job either. 20 quid to stitch up my crotch. The woman after me wanted buttons moved on a waistcoat, four quid to sew on one button!
I echo the above Timsons might be a good shout. The guy along East Port put a hole in my belt, did it for free too (it was only when I got home I discovered why, it was well off centre!)

Just to add,the company,who supplied the handbag,were going to charge over a hundred quid.timpsons charged her 20.And that bag is still going strong,you would never notice the repair.

Wouldn’t go to timpsons tbh
If it’s an outdoor jacket there are specialists that fix things like goretex, otherwise there’s a good tailor in rose street as your walking from east to west end on left hand side - I’ve used them for clothing (jackets and trousers but not specialist material like goretex)

Timpsons Just do leather. I went to Johnsons in Duloch. They were very pleasant and helpful at least.
I`ll bare the Rose Street one in mind for future.
