No internet connection this morning - then reconnected after rebooting router - now no landline service.
Is anybody else experiencing problems, or is just here locally ?
Helpline not open until 09:00.............that`s helpful !!!

if you go on website they will list any localised outages etc.

I had a similar problem this morning around 8am Vee
Nothing would open even after I restarted my mac
I switched the router off took the dug out for 20 mins then switched it back on and all was good
We are forever shaped by the Children we once were

Seems to have been quite widespread.
Quickly sorted - but as usual no explanation from TT as to the problem.
Their customer helpline doesn’t open until 9am which caused a lot of grief from those impacted.

Yes. They screwed up my landline during a house move in 2004, losing my number as a result. Not used them since 😄
That mistake and their failure to deal with it has cost them around £7k so far.
