I`m actually needing a recommendation on that as well, had a right pain in my neck for the last few weeks, the muscles in it are very stiff

Not a physio but Vikki Thompson at Rosyth Chiropractors has worked wonders in the last year on my shoulder and hip problems Raymie. She does a bit of both for me, but for 20 minute sessions it is quite expensive at £32 a session.

Believe Pip yates does. Mate from work was reffered there through work healthcare which is Aviva following consultation at Spire Murrayfield

Went to Pip Yares when I worked at SKY, referred by Spire covered by Aviva.
