looking for advice for new passwords for websites when using Iphone/Ipad.
I`ve seen people not being able to login when having been sent a new password.
they type in the new password, but its clear that the old password is actually used to attempt to login on website.
has anybody seen this before?
here`s what I found:
Apple devices often autofill old passwords because saved keychain data overrides new entries, or an old password is tied to a specific app setting or trusted device sync.
How to Fix Keychain Autofill Issues:
-- Delete the old password: Open Settings, tap Passwords, find the account, and delete or update the old entry.
-- Turn off AutoFill temporarily: Go to Settings > Passwords > Password Options, and turn off AutoFill Passwords.
-- Type manually: Tap the password field, ignore the pop-up suggestion, and type your new password by hand.
-- Force a restart: Turn your iPhone or iPad off and on again to clear temporary system memory.
thanks for any help
