Are the investors in crypto currency still as keen after today`s news of a c£5bn hack of the cryptocurrency exchange, Binance? I must say I find it very hard to follow what`s going on but the main theory is that North Korea is behind it. They are so impoverished, with little industrialisation, and are subject to so many international sanctions that they use hacking as a means of raising public finance apparently!

It`ll be interesting to see if Binance can meet their commitment of paying out the money lost or still held if required. Having ready access to $6.3Bn cash is mental. And who knows what this does for the price of the crypto currencies if loads of folk are trying to get out at the same time.
All apparently because of one engineer`s laptop..... I suspect they are getting asked a few interesting questions just now.
I don`t have any crypto. If I did, I would be a bit worried over the next few days.

Cryptocurrency has always been a house of cards, modern day tulip mania. It`ll all come tumbling down now.

Wee eck - 100% yes
That exchange has been hacked before so it’s on the avoids list
Also anyone who invests any amount should get it off an exchange and into their own cold wallet (which basically means you self custody or store your own Bitcoin offline).
It’s been stupidity for years to leave your crypto sitting on an exchange
