Buchanan is also 38. Can`t imagine he`ll play every minute of every game. Sutherland will probably get his time coming off the bench but still more likely to play than he will by staying with us.

I think his initial loan was only until January so it was the end of the deal rather than us terminating it early?

Not just a "Youth Player" though. He`ll be in the squad today and will likely get some minutes given the injury situation.
