Bit disappointed in Michael Stewart. When did he become a Dundee Utd diehard? And while I understand our natural reluctance to congratulate the boys in navy blue. On this occasion, due to family connections, the fact that they stuck to the task (as they have done against us this season), and because, at least one of the commentators had it in for them, I say well done to the second best supported team in Fife.

Im sorry, but I really don’t understand this mindset…..now granted I don’t feel any hatred towards the Rovers like I do Falkirk, but the last thing I want to see as a Pars fan is them to lift the league title…….Id love nothing more for them to lose it on the final day then fail in the play offs 🤷🏻♂️ the love in for them here is like Scotland fans wanting England to win the world cup 🙄

Don`t understand how anyone can have the face to call rovers the "wee team" anymore. They cuffed us the last time we played them and still have to play them away before the season ends where a similar scoreline looks more and more likely with the difference in teams form. Just a glance at the table shows the shoe is firmly now on the other foot.

Come on, lads, show a little bit of common sense here. The Wee Team has always been a jovial term; there is no malice behind it. We are not talking about Falkirk here. And if you think the Pars will be competing for the title this year, you have got to be around the twist.
It`s United or the Rovers; Thistle? Morton? No! And if you know anything about Pars` history, which I am sure you do, no other team in Scotland has worked harder to destroy the Pars than Dundee United.
So, in this title race... Come on, Ye Rovers!

A big part of me would love to see United mess upon what should have been an easy league for them to win.
But, assuming we are still in the Championship next season, which I believe we will be, IMO it is in our interests to have Raith in the same league (as well as Falkirk and Airdrie) rather than United.
So, for that reason alone I want United to win the league, plus (for personal reasons as an ex-Jags supporter) Thistle to go up too.

Everywhere on social media they`re taking the pash, and quite rightly, no doubt.
But it`s the new names that are popping up, never seen before on the banter pages etc, jumping on the bandwagon because they`re having a season never seen in 25yrs.
Next season could see them go back to normality and these names would disappear without a trace again.

said before, this reminds me of other football rivalries where one side, who is generally less successful/smaller has a hatred for a team that isn`t reciprocated with anything like the same intensity...
Quick Examples:
- Wales/Scotland v England (England fans generally wish us well)
- England v Germany (German fans see the dutch as their real rivals)
the only reason I want rovers to not win the league and stay down is for an improved championship next year with as many meaningful/sell out games as possible.
