From the manager`s preview :-
Kieran Ngwenya is now fully back with another week’s training under his belt and Kyle Benedictus will be in the squad tomorrow. Dapo Mebude will most likely be given another week to recover from the gash on his foot sustained early into his home debut against Kelty Hearts but Sam Fisher is back after Covid. Doubts remain over the availability of keeper Tobi Oluwayemi and striker Lewis McCann. James added:-
“Tobi, he’s been training, he’s been doing well, so if there’s no reaction then we’ll hopefully have Toby available tomorrow as well, we’ll wait and see. Tobi and Lewis, they’re probably the only two that we’re waiting on. Obviously Dapo’s got the cut to his shin, so just because of where it is, it’s how long? It’s a superficial injury and it’s disappointing for Dapo, but he’ll probably miss this weekend and hopefully it’s closed over well enough to get him back training next week.``

Bit gutted as with McCann out it gives dapo a chance to stake his claim but obviously he’s now out this week and not close to match fit.

I wonder at your ability to have a pop at McCann even when he`s not available for selection. It strikes me as quite an unhealthy obsession you have.

Weird, a player is out so a possible replacement in that position has a chance to stake a claim and somehow I have an obsession?
If Dapo is half decent and has any end product whatsoever who else do you think would drop out to accommodate him?

KRH was a popular choice last week. Don`t you read other folk`s posts?

What a weird take to have on his comment 🤔 literally saying what 99% of fans and managers would say!

Agree, confused who has the obsession here as I thought it was a fair comment about McCann and Dapo🤷♂️

Well at least my `obsession` has the right to reply. I hope Lewis doesn`t come on here but I fear he will.

Nothing critical of McCann in berkeys post. I don`t see how Lewis could be offended by it even if he did make the mistake of coming on here.

It is a pop at McCann. Berkey is “gutted” that Dapo is not going to be able to stake his claim for McCann’s place in the team.
It`s bloody tough being a legend

With all those defenders returning to fitness, perhaps we could put seven at the back to protect Mehmet...

He’s still drop a cross at the strikers feet or end up throwing the ball at their winger…

I`m really confused, Rigger. 🤔 Are we set up to draw every week, then?
Not your average Sunday League player.

It`s good to see we have a strong Bench
I would also like us to attack Morton from the first whistle and play at a higher tempo , not this tippy tappy back the way or sideways stuff we usually produce
And get stuck into them

Give it up wee eck…..
Does anyone on this forum not think that McCann and KRH for that matter shouldn’t be worried about keeping thier place?
Only reason I chose McCann was with him out KRH will start regardless of current form (or lack of it).
