Lennon. A born winner who will have a few contacts to hopefully bring a better quality of player in. He has a good track record managing in Scotland too. Can’t see us going for him though. I’d be shocked if it isn’t Murray, who I’m not overly enthused about.

Lennon, as previously noted by others, he is a natural leader and a winner. Having been out of employment for nearly two years, now presents the ideal opportunity for him to re-enter the fray. I recognise that following his second managerial tenure at Celtic , near the end he struggled with alcohol, as on social media during that period. Nevertheless, for me, if Lennon expresses interest, then securing his signature would signify the direction in which the new owner intends to lead us

Anyone is a gamble indeed, no such thing as a safe pair of hands at any level, even more so where we are.
Lennon for me just because it is different to where we’ve gone before. I’ve always thought of us a soft team, lacking any edge or lack of want to play the dirty side of the game that us fans usually get riled up about when opposition teams do it.
It would be good to ditch this daft ethos the current investors were trying to adopt about fair play and respect.
Lennon I think would bring that edge out, given the experiences he’s had with Celtic both as player and manager. He’ll have contacts as well and experience working with some of the youth prospects we tend to look out for in the youth set up.
It’s also mutually beneficial, and a good gig for him to try and reignite his managerial career, I’m not reading much into his management career abroad, Cyprus & Romania? Working abroad in a market with limited to no knowledge is always incredibly difficult where only a minor few make a success of it.
I wouldn’t be against Ian Murray either, was surprised he got the boot from Raith when he did which for me was undeserved.
If I had to pick between the two, I’d err towards Lennon but Murray probably the more realistic candidate.

On the fence about Murray, miles better than what we’ve just had but filled raith with a load of ex premier league players on thier way down the ladder.
That hasn’t worked out for us in the last few years and leads to expensive mistakes.
Can’t think who else is doing a good job, tidser been steady at Kelty but no management experience at this level and no idea if he’s any contacts in the game to bring in a few gems.
It’s a tough one, given majority of squad is away in the summer I would go with the one with the best profile/connections in the game. Don’t want to end up like airdrie after replacing most of the squad.

After his highly publicised departure from Easter Road, we can be forgiven for thinking Lennon might be a bit of a loose cannon, but there was a theory doing the rounds that he`d got wind of an imminent vacancy at Parkhead and was just making himself available. 😆

Considering a fair amount of ours players are out of contract at the end of this season. One of the most important things is getting a manager in who has experience building a squad. Whether that’s in the Championship or league one we will just need to wait and see. Hopefully the players can self motivate themselves to get out of the mindset and philosophy they have played in for the first half of the season. I hope to see a marked improvement in playing style and fingers crossed it’s not more of the McPake style football we’ve had to endure.

They were talking about Tidser on the TV, smacks of a cheap option and a massive risk- might be a good shout in the future but with only 1 season in management not what we need right now! What we need now is a Jim Jeffries type appointment- loads of experience and able to steady the ship and inject confidence in a short/medium term role
However, I’d prefer an experienced man with a long term future

it is Tidser who is being appointed to the position. This choice is rather uninspiring, considering he has lost more matches than he has won in League One. The individuals responsible for selecting such candidates for our club consistently lets us down. It appears we are merely preparing for a season in League One.

Tidser imo is a good appointment (if true) he has Kelty punching well above what they should be given their current budget which must be one of the lowest in league 1.
May not be a big name but big names don’t mean success in football, they all have to start somewhere.

Let’s see what happens and I don’t care who it is… let’s give him some grace till he finds out who he has inherited. Michael O’Halloran as an example has been given a tough ride .. there’s a number 10 in there at his stage of age/experience. Yet played as a defensive wide man.

How much money do you think the club has, we have overpaid past it players, 2 exmanagment to pay, and probably a better than 50/50 chance of being in Division 1 next season, your right can`t believe Pep or Klopp weren`t considered.

Tidser`s appointment, as previously indicated, bears a resemblance to that of Peter Grant. It is a terrible decision on from the the club, reflecting a profound absence of ambition to propel this club forward . Engaging an unproven manager to guide us to safety is concerning. While tonight’s result was good, the club appears to instill hope in its supporters only to subsequently deliver a disheartening blow. I am truly gutted that this represents the club`s future direction, prompting me to question why do I care so much.
