I wonder how hard it is for the team to adapt to 3 different managers this year, it must take its toll on them as well.

As D:Ream once said “Things can only get better”
I’m sure the appointment of Lennon will boost each and every player and we’ll see a massive improvement.

There’s certainly going to be mixed messages but in general, these things will give some a life, others will find it difficult and others will go into a slump, it just depends on their personalities and how complicated Lennon makes it.

It’s actually four if you count John McL.
It`s bloody tough being a legend

I think this has been a problem - players either not knowing what they are meant to be doing, or what their team-mates are doing and confidence in themselves, their teammates and their manager dissipating as a consequence.
I would hope an experienced manager would recognise this and adopt a simple, pragmatic style with which the players are comfortable.

Probably not difficult when they chucked it for the previous 2. We need a reaction but there definitely is an attitude problem. Hopefully Lennon can sort that out.
c'mon the pars

Now that Neil Lennon has brought his previous assistant with him, are both John Mc Laughlin and Kevin Mcdonald`s positions going to be in doubt?

Given it’s a deal till end of season (as it stands) McDonald will most likely stay in case it goes t1ts up and we are relegated.

Why? The next management team wouldn`t want him either

There’s pictures of Lennon at the Ayr game today and MacDonald is sitting next to him.
I’d imagine he’ll be staying on in a coaching role.

He’s still on the payroll either way. No sense giving him gardening leave when he may be there if we go down.

He came in with tidser and should go with him. No evidence of him being a good coach in fact quite the opposite as we have looked completely uncoached since his arrival.

Are you sure that`s MacDonald? Looked a bit like our new assistant, Iain Bruntskill?

Jimmy Calderwood kept on Dick Campbells assistant manager in Jimmy Nicholl and that didn`t work out too badly.
Arbroath also kept on Jim McIntyres assistant in Jimmy Boyle and Mcintyes record there was very poor, finishing bottom of the Championship and being bottom of League 1 when sacked.
Just because your boss gets fired doesn`t mean you should be as well and probably deserves a chance under the new management team.
