The new owners are now making a very positive impact and the new promotions for the Hamilton game will hopefully generate a big crowd. However..
Online gambling in crypto. The online reviews are pretty mixed. While it’s banned in the UK, but easy enough to get around (apparently), I’d agree, not a great sponsor for any football team never mind the Pars.
Is it even legal for Gamdom to sponsor anything while it’s officially banned?

Have a look into its owner. Simple google search of Felix Roemer will tell you all about these guys.

A quick google mentions “ Failed online Casino “ . A few unsavoury things too that I won’t post here….
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Gamdom is an online crypto-based gambling platform that launched in 2016. Initially, it focused on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) skin betting, allowing players to wager in-game items. Over time, Gamdom expanded its offerings to include a wide array of casino games, sports betting, and esports wagering, positioning itself as a comprehensive online gambling destination.
The platform operates under a Curaçao eGaming license, ensuring a regulated framework for fair and secure gaming. Gamdom supports multiple cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Tether, alongside traditional payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Gamdom’s game library boasts over 3,000 titles, encompassing slots, table games, live casino options, and esports betting. The platform also features unique, provably fair games such as Crash, Dice, Roulette, HiLo, Gamdom Strike, and Gamdom Blackjack, providing a distinct gaming experience exclusive to Gamdom users.
In 2023, Gamdom was recognized for its innovation and excellence in the online gaming industry, winning the Crypto Casino of the Year award at the SiGMA Malta event. This accolade underscores Gamdom’s commitment to providing a secure, diverse, and engaging platform for its users.

They definitely seem a bit dodgy based on what I’ve just read. Not sure some of the sources are the most reliable though!
What I would say is that it seems the new owners are polar opposites to the German approach.
Feel like this will be eventful. Think we better buckle up!

ALL crypto casinos are banned in the UK, not just Gamdom. Feel that is a point that needs to be made.

The only negative comments on Gamdom appear to be from people who lost.
It`s a casino - it typically wins. It`s how casinos work. Play with what you can afford.

Apart from the "banning" there`s plenty books that are substantial that exclude and block UK accounts themselves due to the change in gambling laws a few years back (including taxation) generally used by high stakes/high rollers/professionals syndicates etc.
So the likes of 188, IBC and it`s various skins (A shadow of it`s former self) maybe even ISN.

Jeez. Google it. I just did. There`s not much he isn`t being accused of. We might need to be wary of what`s going on here, not that we can do anything about it

So he’s financing a construction project you disagree with. Doesn’t make him dodgy.

If the guy isn’t directly involved in the club, aka not part of the syndicate, and the only involvement is that they have provided some sort of sponsorship, is it really that big a deal?
How many clubs and competitions are sponsored by gambling companies with hairy backgrounds? Christ, the top two clubs in the country were sponsored by Carling and Tennents and nobody batted an eyelid despite Scotland having a large alcohol problem…….

That`s true, and they were once both sponsored by CR Smith. I suppose companies with dubious business practices are involved in sponsorship in lots of different areas

I`m assuming folk are alluding to `camoradar` who have published a couple of mental stories about him. They read like whoever smashed their face into the keyboard to create the article, are absolutely unhinged. I`ve been unable to corroborate absolutely none of the claims in their articles.
