Realistically we beat Hamilton next Saturday we go 1 ahead of them and the following week we’re at QP while they go to Partick.
I think Hamilton and QP games will be the deciders as to whether we finish 8th or 9th.

It`s in our own hands!
We have played one game less than Hamilton (30/31) and they have a tough last 5 games.
If we beat them and win one of our games in hand then we might just sneak this.

At this point I’m not bothered what the results are, as long as they better than Hamiltons and Airdrie stay down there. Get this season done. There will be quite an overhaul in the summer.

We`re comedy gold for everyone else in Scottish fitba . I wonder how many Wanyama 44 shirts will be appearing on e-bay shortly 🤔

Don`t we play Airdrie at home the last game of the season, could possibly be a relegation decider. Think I would rather have more faith in the reserves/ young lads team if that turns out the scenario.

Agree Jim, our team have repeatedly shows they have no bottle. Airdie will absolutely want it more than us.
Can’t see many of these guys picking their tools back up in the pars shirt.

We have shown little fight so far. As Lennon himself said we are just meandering through games. It’s pitiful to watch tbh..
I would prefer to see some of the young team brought in. Tod, Tod and Todd for starters..
There are four or five in that team yesterday that should be nowhere near the first team again. They have had umpteen chances and three managers and they are still underperforming…
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

The majority of this team know that no matter what happens they’ll not be here next season. Why should they care? Why risk getting a bad injury when they’ll be looking for a new employer in the summer? Anyone else hand in their notice and down tools? I know I have. Pretty unprofessional but it’s pretty common. They haven’t got it in them to get us out of the mess they’ve made and us as fans will pay the price.

Agree Zod, those leaving have downed tools as they know the game is up. Those staying have downed tools as hey are happy to let the 3 managers take the blame instead safe in the knowledge they have a wage for another 12 months regardless.
Lennon setting a great example for the players by bringing in an old mate who’s not kicked a ball for 9 months and is way out of shape but he still gets on the park.
If Lennon is upping our standards it’s not in fitness and effort anyway.

They should care because their performances will determine what kind of club (if any) they get next. No half decent team will want to offer a lazy player that looks too offer very little a contract.

Kozma, these players will have no problem getting a part time gig in league 1 next year regardless of their performances this year.
Some might already know which club they will be going to. Quite a few of them have made their peace with full time football.

Yeah Lennon has had an absolute shocker already. Brought in his old pal who doesn’t even look fit enough to play a game of fives let alone play at Championship level. What kind of message does that send to the squad?

Players have "downed tools"
Manager has "lost the dressing room"
Manager only signs "old pals"
Player x is "overweight"
Player y is "lazy"
All straight out of the .net fitba cliche handbook owned by folk who couldn`t run the length of themselves and couldn't find their own @rse with both hands.
What a load of old @rse some of you talk.

I said similar Berkey, Clay has been in the squad most of the season and surely he would’ve been a better option.
With Wanyama suspended and Boothe probably out maybe Clay will be brought in or move Chalmers into midfield and use Fogarty at the back.

I think we can all agree apart from 3 or 4 this squad are not good enough to down tools , they are just Division1 players out of there depth in this league .

Interesting to read Joe Chalmers` comments on COWS. He says he started out as a centre back and NL was manager when he was at Celtic and he gave him his first-team debut. Maybe a new contract beckons for Joe if Lenny can keep us up!

Regarding Clay, he was signed by McPake who wouldn`t play him. Tidser wouldn`t play him and now Lennon won`t play him. Makes you wonder, doesn`t it?

Possibly. However that`s a completely different argument that doesn`t question integrity.
