If we go down, I`m not convinced he will want to stick around. Thoughts?

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

He definitely won’t stay and neither will our best player Mullen. This team are going to cost us more than just relegation. They could cost us a potentially golden period in our history.

He’s only got an agreement to stay on if we stay up. So I think it’s clear he’s not hanging around

I don`t blame him. 90% of these players are first division at best . I await the appollogists' response.

Did you get in?
He will be gone. And we will be back on the merry go round for someone else. Great.
And btw you cant fault Lennon for this at all Id say - the players we have are just terrible.

What was with his yellow today? That`s 2 in 3 game. Not to sound all old firm and conspiratorial but I`m detecting something here.

He was most likely booked for defending his players as the ref was absolutely useless today.

I like him and think he could be good for us. He talks sense, has great experience playing and managing, and shows he wants DA to succeed. Trouble is the current set of players are not good enough. Not his fault. It will be an amazing feat if he pulls it off.

Can’t see him staying to be honest, he’ll be looking for too much money. This squad needs a complete do over and I’m not sure he’ll get the backing he’ll be looking for.
He’s come in and told the players to punt it upfront and every free kick is to be launched into the box. Not done a lot else for me.

Was not a fan of him back in his playing days, but we need to keep him (if we stay up). He’s showed much more energy and passion on the sidelines than the last few managers we’ve had, and he’ll attract players next season if we’re in the championship

I just get the impression that if he keeps us up he has been promised a really big budget to make a very strong push next year with his own squad.

Jesus wept 🤦🏻♂️ think you need a break from here Berkey. He’s played more attacking football in the last 2 games than we’ve seen in the last 2 years, the problem is he is working with the previous 2 managers manure.

Bang on with that assessment and I want us to make sure he has the chance to do so. He`ll do a great job for us.

Their club would be valued a lot less than they bought it for if they want to sell up whilst we`re in League 1.
Zero chance of that happening.

Really hope he stays, and we are still in the game.
We can argue about this player/what if etc. but we all know the damage was done before the season started.
I don`t feel to criticise players etc too much, most won`t be here or in this division next year, I do think they care though.

I was down in the dumps at 16:50, but Neil’s post match comments have given me a lift. He speaks a lot of sense and you cannot disagree with his views. But as said earlier he has inherited a lot of poor players. You can’t “make a silk purse out of a sows ear”. If anyone can keep us in this league it is Neil Lennon. Hopefully get Chris Kane back and firing for the last 4 games. Onwards and upwards COYP!

I really hope he does, but can’t see it.
Playing devils advocate, he has spoken about how much he is loving it, is there a chance where he feels he wants to be the guy to turn things around?? He’ll have as close to a blank canvas as you’re going to get, and if rumours are to believe believed, he’ll have a good budget….so if he has free regain, is enjoying being back, is wanted by the club and fans and has a strong budget, why would he not want too?

You’re never going to see the true Lennon in our circumstances. Two major factors being the lack of quality and the pitch.
There are reasons they are being asked to lump it forward namely we can’t build play and the pitch simply doesn’t allow it, even the pass backs were bobbling yesterday.
We’ve criticised previous managers for trying to put round pegs into square holes, Lennon is simply playing with the hand he’s been dealt
