Hopefully he will stick 2 fingers up and tell the doubters to "**** off".
Media has been horrendous with him .
Think he will now leave.

Spurs had 3 shots in the match, one of which was on target. They committed 22 fouls too.

Other than West Brom, I don’t really follow English football but I’m delighted for Big Ange, liked the way he had Celtic playing, when he was there, and I like to see people who have been a part of our game, do well in England with the way their media turn their noses up at us.

He`s a good example of how to acquit yourself amidst pressure and scrutiny. He had every right to rub it in everyone`s face tonight after they won but instead he conducted himself with class.

Well done, Ange. Nice guys finish first.

If he had any self-dignity he’d tell them all to feck off, resign and get himself up to EEP first thing tomorrow for his unveiling as the new manager of DAFC.

Delighted for Ange. Pathetic how all the reporters/journalists who treated him like rubbish are now kissing his bottom and creating memes about how he wins trophies in his second season. Ange deserves so much credit for bringing Spurs some long awaited silverware - even if their league position was awful. It’s amazing how a team who finished 4th bottom in the EPL will be playing in the champions league next season.

I wouldn`t normally mind who won, but JR was reason enough to be delighted for Spurs and Ange, who comes across as a decent manager who normally sets his team up to play attacking football.

For all the hype around Amorin, he`s not improved Man U yet. He probably needs to move out a number of players over the summer and replace them with others who are better and play for the jersey instead of going through the motions on the pitch.

Not your average Sunday League player.

Not a Spurs fan at all, in fact, I’ve always had a soft spot for the old Arsenal sides, especially from the days when they played at EEP. But I’ll say this: I’m absolutely buzzing that Ange has managed to shove it right back at the journalists who’ve been on his back all season.

Let’s be honest, if he hadn’t come from Scottish football, there wouldn’t have been half the circus that’s followed him since day one doubting his ability. The guy’s kept plugging away in tough circumstances and the media treatment’s been nothing short of a joke.

Haven’t caught his post-match presser yet, but I really hope he gave it the full 9 yards. He’s earned the right.

c'mon the pars

Brave decision to sacrafice the league to go all in on the Europa league but got the result in the end.

Ange comes across as a genuine guy. Taking the time to speak to each united player post match last night shows a touch of class. English media went looking for a headline and he`d proved to them he is no fool.

I think Levy will sack him anyway. I reckon they already have a successor lined up.

Two mediocre teams playing in a mediocre final, what could go wrong?

My late uncle who was a season ticket holder at White Hart Lane will be smiling down at you!

Well done Spurs, good to see the look on Ratcliffe`s face as he issued the P45`s!🤣🤣🤣

I quite like Man United. In contrast to their City rivals their games are at least entertaining to watch, though that`s probably because of how bad they are. I was rooting for Spurs last night however for the same reason that others have said- the pounding Ange has taken in the media. Having said that United were the better team and that`s saying something. Spurs may have won a trophy, no mean feat, but it doesn`t disguise the fact that they are awful and arguably worse under Ange than they were under the long list of previous managers who`ve been punted for finishing way higher than 17th.

Much as I wanted a Spurs win, I thought they were pretty physical in the 2nd half. It got the job done, Man U just not up for a fight.

Scrappy, but exciting, end to end in places, although lacking many clear chances. Delighted for Ange and the sheer joy of the Spurs fans, who created a brilliant atmosphere.

Man U need to rebuild. Reports already suggesting players like Maguire, who had a decent game till he lost the plot with Romero (more GIRUPfrom the Spurs captain!), would have to be taking a big pay cut to move. Golden goodbyes all round?

Think he knew they were not in a posirion to compete to win the league so opted for survival and a major trophy

Spurs’ injury list was crazy this season. Ange got his CB first-choice pairing back for the final, but no Maddison or Kuleveski, and Son only on the bench. So how were Spurs going to create chances to score last night? He played to the strength he had, and he got his reward. Good guy won.

The irony is that Ange has been criticised all season for playing in a cavalier fashion with no Plan B which cost Spurs loads of points in the League. In the Final he confounded his critics by playing much more conservatively and grabbing a goal against the run of play which his team then defended for almost an hour.

He seems to have been quite restrained in his comments since the game ended and was just happy to have proved his critics wrong. I think he resents the attitude amongst a lot of the media and fans in England that no one has really achieved anything in the game until they do it there or in one of the other major football nations.
