Deffo a back 5 with 4 midfielders starting - guessing will be Ferguson and McTom supporting.

Hanley must have something on Clarke - barely played for Birmingham in League One yet plays ahead of McKenna who played 29 league games in La Liga this year……

The younger brother of the Icelandic manager made 1 substitute appearance for us v Hibs in 2006, Garðar Gunnlaugsson, no recollection of him at all.

Never heard of the boy, doesn’t look like he’s played much, we that short on keepers?

3rd choice at Ipswich. Gordon and Kelly would be the usual other 2, both are injured.

Not sure where Zander Clark is, Robbie McCrorie is the other on the bench

This is the worst football I’ve ever seen and Steve Clarke is to blame. He has done all he can with this team. We are going backwards.

Did Slicker win a raffle to play ?
I hate using friendlies as any sort of guage ( especially unnecessary ones in June when players deserve time off). We have been lucky with goalies for many years but god help us if this is the best we have now (including the likes of Kelly).
...and Hanlon should gtf also.

I swear, if I was watching this on a plane I’d walk out. Feel sorry for the keeper. Clarke should never have put him on. Yet another mistake on his part.

After the game on Monday, Clarke will disappear again, never to be seen or questioned until the next international where he will bite the head of any journalist trying to get him to explain why he is such a ****** idiot. The SFA will do nothing as Clarke causes no problems.
The guy is an utter charlatan.

Gordon still going strongly into his 40`s papered over the cracks for the lack of decent goalie`s coming through.

McCrorie and Kelly will be back in the mix following this you`d have to imagine.

We`re never going to compete anywhere near where we want with such an average strike force and lack of creativity. I wouldn`t want any of them (strikers) at Dunfermline, never mind Scotland.

I don`t see Norway winning as a big shock as they`ve got a couple of cracking centre forwards. It not just Haaland, Sorloth is a class act.

Adams is a 20 million pound Serie A striker. We have a 5 man midfield worth 150+ million. If you can`t use that combination to create chances against Iceland when playing at home then you should not be managing an international team

Well I am sure most people will be the same as me , that`s an hour and a half of our life we want get back after watching that lot !
No Tempo , no creation from the midfield etc etc etc , was like watching the Pars
I certainly will not be watching that lot on Monday will be the same old crap that Clarke has been providing us for ages !
We have some good players but the minute they pull on a Scotland shirt we know what`s coming , we really should be creating loads of chances against a team like Iceland , end of rant
Forgot to add Clarke is to blame for putting on Slicker , I actually felt sorry for him

I’m pretty sure I’m right in thinking that since we qualified for the last euros, we’ve been absolutely horrendous. Clarke is too loyal to garbage players or players out of form. Some of our so-called big players need dropped but Clarke isn’t brave enough to do it.

Never seen a game so flat managers demeanor player fans etc

Even after non want to criticise Clark absolutely no motivational abilities and that’s fine in once we qualified for last Euros

Assuming Liam Kelly and zander Clark are injured even then McCrorie should have come on

Despite that for them to go On about goalie not saving second despite 3 Iceland players offside and yet getting played on when ball played is shocking defending so don’t blame a young keeper for experienced players failing to protect him

Just watched the goals after reading texts and comments on social media. Defence poor for all 3, only one I`d wholly blame the keeper for is the 3rd.

Embarrassing result and kills our 100% win record v Iceland. I’ll be glad to see the back of Clarke after this campaign. I think we have no chance of qualifying against Denmark and Greece who actually have talent going forward and would tear through our defence. The fact he persists with Hanley and doesn’t bring Conway on until the 80th minute shows he has went backwards. He needs to scrap 5 at the back as well and just decide whether to start Tierney or Robertson (or play Tierney at right back.) We have become boring and predictable and it’s obvious a change is needed. The goalkeeping crisis has been a worry for a number of years now too and is finally starting to affect us. It’s a shame we couldn’t convince Chris Brady to join us.

McCrorie injured in the warm up so wasn`t available.

Kelly/Clark/Gordon all injured.

Who else is there?
