I`ve only got audio, and the volume is poor, seemed not much happening till Cooper tested their goalie who saved with a full length dive, moments later Cooper sent over a corner kick from which J Tod knocked it down? and Mullen scored.

Ref having a shocking game. There`s a red card or 2 coming here. Good play for the most part but Munn completely cocked up for their goal. Caught in no-man`s land.

Rudden is doing great in the target man role

Very pleased with that first half performance. Especially as we`re playing a really nasty team and a totally incompetent (or biased) referee. Mullen, Gilmour and Fraser outstanding, others not far behind.

Pretty good first half, but I`d like Kane on the park. We need to be able to dish it out in the battles. Rudden is doing OK, but Kane`s experience could be the difference we need.

Really enjoyed that display, unlucky not to get the 3 points. 9 times out of 10 that’s a free kick for a high boot. Decent finish though.

Really brave football up until about 85 minutes wheee we played safe.

The later subs weakened the team.

I don`t think we`d have conceded a second goal if Amade had still be on the pitch.

I`m not sure whether the back three really works. We seem to have really porous moments in every game where we get opened up by quite a simple pass.

Amade was awesome. Caceres looked good and seemed to grow in confidence as the game went on. Rudden was better than I expected and took his goal really well.

A lot of positives and I think NL needs to put his hands up for converting a win into a draw.

Far better performance overall today, really frustrating not to take 3 points.

Looked worse when the subs came on, but RC were pushing forward too. Some good performances from recent signings. Great to see Rudden get a debut goal.

Disappointing to lose 2 goals from edge of the box, need to see them again if it`s a defence/goalie issue.

Final ball let us down quite a lot, crosses flying over the box etc. Need to make more of the time you are on top.

A sense of disappointment that we didn`t see those last few minutes through for a deserved win. The equaliser came after what looked like a clear foul for the Pars, but the referee let it pass and County took advantage. In fairness, the referee gave us very little all day.

On the plus side, we looked very threatening with Rudden as striker, and those few minutes with him and Kane up front were quite thrilling. There were several standouts today—Mullen put in a lot of effort, and our wing-backs were very effective in the first half, although Kierney seemed to tire and disappear as the second half progressed. Gilmour and Amade were great, and Cooper and Caceres caused the County defenders a lot of bother. We have a robust midfield these days.

We definitely have the makings of a top-end of-the-table side. But we need to be more cutthroat in games like this. Two crucial points were lost today.

We need a dominent centre half with some experience.

2 goals out of nothing, 2nd looked like a foul but we got nothing all game.

If we have any budget then

Centre half
Midfielder to come on for Gilmour and Amade were brilliant
Striker

TOB is showing his last season form. Rotten

We should’ve shut up shop but I don’t think we are capable.

Disappointed at that result as we seemed to be in control for most of it.
Two cracking goals from Ross County it must be said. Hale has a really good shot on him.
I felt the late subs were not required and seemed to disrupt our flow.
Zak was really what I expected.
Can get a goal but otherwise ineffective and a headless chicken.

Disappointed not to win, but lots of positives to take from today. I agree the back 3 is needing to tighten up, but I was really happy with the midfield and attack. Perhaps the latter substitutions didn`t help, but one or two were probably struggling for the closing minutes. One worry for me was that Munn didn`t look like any improvement on the much-maligned Mehmet. No idea if he should have done better with the goals, but it was daft to give Hale so much space once, never mind twice. Hopefully he`ll be snapped up by an English club before the end of the transfer window. Ross County would then be seriously weakened.

Most entertaining game I`ve seen for a couple of years, well done Pars.

Decent game today, though we were unlucky to not win. Started strong with everyone working hard and putting a shift in but we tired and the subs didn’t help. Those that tired the most hadn’t started a league game for us before so prob to be expected.

Feels to me like we are absolutely reliant on Gilmour, amade and Jefferson now, once Jefferson went off there was zero movement off the ball and no out ball. Big squad but only a good starting 11 for me, the drop off still very big especially when you bring on boothe and Hamilton.

We need another good experienced centre back in, Mullen had a welcome return to form today and had his best game for a while but Bene and Jon Tod were very poor and we looked very ropey at the back and especially everytime the ball was in the air.

Kearney had a good first half but his game seemed to fall apart in the second half, putting that down to tiredness as he hasn’t been starting games and Fraser looks a good player and will absolutely make that spot his own going forward.

Cooper did okay today, I’m unsure on him but a good assist and worked his socks off, if he had another yard or 2 of pace it would so much difference.

Overall not too bad, we should have seen it out but at least Lenny knows most of his first 11 now and a couple more may come in before the window shuts.

There was a 20 minute or so period after our 2nd goal when the best football for a very long time was played. Caceres was everywhere and is a class above. Amade makes a difference. Passing was quick but the big difference was the speed of getting to the 20 yard line or further the crosses were flying in. Well done Pars.
Downsides - keepers distribution. Kearney got caught out a few times.

We were the better team overall and Hale was the difference between a comfortable win. Starting team was right and the boys that came in showed why they should start every week.

Thought Bene was poor again. Great movement from Rudden for the goal. Cacares allows us to keep the ball in their third more consistently.

I think it`s harsh to point to the subs costing us, I thought rudden and the midfield were tiring slightly. The boys that came on should have been good enough to see that game out. What if Lennon didn`t make those subs and he then gets criticised for not disrupting/running down the clock. Damned if you do damned if you don`t.

Munn absolutely killed us by shanking every single goal kick right into their path for the last ten minutes and creating waves of county attacks. Not sold on him at all.

Absolutely pumped them 2-2 🤷🏻‍♂️ we played them off the park at times we just sh@ the bed at the end.

Bene had a stinker. At fault for the first goal and done little to help Tod or Mullen. Left both isolated at various times.

Honestly, them scoring the equaliser was a bit of a sickner but there were loads of positives from today. Genuinely feel NL is moving us in the right direction

I`d take it back a step Oz and say we brought it on ourselves. Hamilton had the ball at the back with Young in acres of space down the left. He did the right thing by hitting it long to him but instead of sending Young off down the line it was hooked a bit and became a difficult ball to control. Young should have done better but managed to knock it out of play. They get the throw, go up the park and score. And it was coming because we became negative after scoring the second and stopped committing men forward.
Unfortunately we only have ourselves to blame.

The main positive is that the team that started seems to clearly be a much stronger one than was played against the Rovers. The downside is, you`re always going to need subs to come on and freshen things up and we can`t afford for the drop off in intensity to be that severe. Also, don`t agree with Lennon changing the midfield as much as that with minutes to go.

As echoed above the subs weakened us. I would have put KRH on for Paddy as we had no out ball when he went off and their LB had the freedom on EEP afterwards aided by Kearney who was miles off it today.

Munn …..Still waiting on him making a noteworthy save instead of picking it out the net..

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

We were in control till the substitutions, agree with the fact we didn`t need to make them. Connor Young is nowhere near being fit enough for first team football.

Will be interesting to hear Lennon`s comment why the substitutions were required.

My issue with the 3 at the back is that Bene looks less dominant in the air this then creates nervousnes.

Love that Tod and JCM love to stride out with the ball but at times they are taking up the full backs space and if the full back is high and we lose the ball we are going n the back foot with a very slow Bene

JCM and Tod are both young and will learn but this is why we need another bit of experience in there imo.

Cooper is not a starter for me.

But n find it strange that we never brought on Otoo as he wouldn’t been better in midfield that TOB or Hamilton I think he’s on his way out.

I think that’s harsh. I think NL thought Hammy and TOB would come on and kill the game, they never. They sat back and allowed County to start throwing balls forward.

My point being I think it’s more on the players than the manager. Hammy was kept on for moment like that and ultimately, he failed today 🤷🏻‍♂️

In the end, that felt more like a defeat than a draw, but lots of positives from that game and a lot of those young players are going to get better. Walking out the ground, while slightly disappointed with the result, it occurred to me that I actually enjoyed watching that game of football more than I have for a long time. We are definitely going in the right direction.

Infuriating to blow our lead when we were in such a commanding position. We completely dominated Ross County in both halves and let them back in with a poor first goal. We almost got caught out a few times with the high ball through the middle and they made it count first chance Hale had to get a shot away. I thought Bene could have marshalled him a lot better. The second goal County scored was partly down to the subs we made that made us weaker. When county were attacking I spotted Oakley-Boothe a few times in no one land, whereas Amade always seemed to be in the right positions to win the ball back. I would have liked to see Bray come on in stead of Young as we lost all pace up front when Cooper and Caceres went off. I feel for Bray, he looks a decent player but never gets a chance to prove himself.

The big positives today were Amade who won every ball, alongside Gilmour and Rudden showed what he is capable of up front. Caceres came alive in the second half, Kearney is a massive upgrade in the midfield and Mullen was back to his best today.

Without Hale, County had no chance today. He is easily capable of playing for a top half SPL team. Apart from that we bettered them in every position, which makes losing the 3 points today every more hard to bear.

Without Hale, County had no chance today. He is easily capable of playing for a top half SPL team. Apart from that we bettered them in every position, which makes losing the 3 points today every more hard to bear.

Bray gets a chance to prove himself all week in training, Lennon obviously doesn`t think he`s ready for this level yet.

The late subs killed us. Amade and Caceres had been two of the best players on the park. Maybe they were tiring but still. Hammy and TOB came on and we sat too deep and went too negative.

Had he brought Bray on for Caceres to provide a bit of pace and an out ball to get us up the park we probably win that game.

if Hamilton finds Young with that pass, not a difficult one either, instead of putting it out for a throw then we probably win the game.

needed a reaction and something from the game after last week and got both, does feel like a defeat conceding late on though.

Yet Oakley-Boothe does nick? It’s sad as Boothr looked incredible against Hearts but hasn’t brought that into the league. On Bray, we had no pace upfront after the subs. Bray or even Hosler would have provided that.

Taking both Amande and Jefferson substantially weakened us. Young was ineffective and looks severely down on confidence or just not good enough. Bray on for Jefferson or cooper was the right move in my opinion.

Amade for me was stand out today. Apart from cooper that’s the starting line up I’d like to see weekly.

Folk blaming Hamilton but I thought Young should have controlled that. Had it been Kane or Rudden I’m pretty sure they are keeping that in.

Amade was for me an easy MOM today.
Performances don’t get much better than that and bossed the midfield.
A player we have been lacking for years and years.
Mullen was terrific as well and don’t think he put a foot wrong all day.
Think a bit harsh on Bene for the first goal from some posters here.
It happened so fast from a stunning long pass to Hale who controlled it brilliantly.
Undeserved goal but brilliant finish.
I think County are lucky to have him.

The boys done good today and considering that, the end result was very hard to take. Just maybe we should have kept Rudden on to the end because he and Kane looked good together up front. As others have pointed out, the dilution of the midfield by substitutions was counterproductive and cost us two points. But I`m refusing to be negative.

Rudden was injured, he asked the bench to take him off.

It`s good to hear that a lot of the posters enjoyed the game today as I did. Although we dropped too deep in the closing 8 minutes or so and it was just a matter of time before County scored as it seemed like shooty in almost, I blame the time in the second half when we were really on top but seemed to want to pass the ball into the net. We really should have scored a third in that passage of play. JCM was really excellent today closely followed by Gilmour and Amade and Caceres who always makes himself available at throw ins enabling us to retain possession which we haven`t had for quite some time. Young team in upward progress but still learning.

Amade kind of reminds me of Falkingham. Always available for the pass, terrier like with nipping at opposition heels etc. Love him already.

The way I saw it, we had lost control of the midfield before NL subbed Amade and Caceres and brought on TOB and Hammy to stem the tide but, unfortunately, it didn`t work.

Kearney does seem to have a tendency to run out of steam. Has he switched from part-time football to full-time?

Honestly, that was actually a p155 poor pass. Even IF someone else could have controlled it, the pass was pushing them towards the touch line

Yes. His former club just went full time I believe.

Yes, he was part time at Cliftonville I think, so might take him some time to get up to full time fitness.

Very positive today as mentioned above so many times, team looked great. I’ve never seen us dominate a midfield as much as we did today. Amade n Gilmour must be our starters every week, no two doubts about it.

Subs did kill us, that’s what cost us the 3 points. Lennon justifying them however, jaded and a few knocks. So we’ve got to trust him. Thought Jefferson was growing into the game as the game went on, Amade looked solid and didn’t look tired.

Nick Walsh, one of the top referees in Scotland, give me peace.
