I was reading the club preview and of the last game review only 2 starters from that game started last game out at East End and Bene will not start on Friday. The only remaining member of those 2 starters is Chris Kane. What a turnover of starting 11.

I am concerned about how we will line up, especially when the likes of Mullen and Amade may be late in getting back to rejoin the squad after international duty as well as Caceres being suspended, too.
According to a Rover friend, they were very poor against Ayr, and this could be a great opportunity, Vaughan has picked up an injury, I believe.

Excellent 🙄🙄 another top flight ref without use of VAR for a game that loves to make it all about himself.

I`m dreading it. I thought we would beat them this time but not with the players missing and the travellers being jaded possibly.
I see a draw at best but expect 0 points.
They will be keen to bounce back after their defeat last week.

I suspect we will be talking about the ref after Friday with his appointment. Hopefully we can play well enough to cope with his desired look at me attitude. With it being on tv and all.

If your the rovers manger it seems a fairley straight forward team talk, quick start and get stuck right into them, leave a few challenges on them and the younger players will go into their shell and we’ll score then comfortably see out a narrow 1-0 or 2-0 win.
We just don’t have the quality support alongside Kane in the final 3rd and they have people like easton who will win you games. We expected inconsistency from this young team but apart from 45 mins at st johnstone and the Arbroath game they have really struggled and are also prone to start slow and gift goals.
Struggle to see us scoring from open play, they will win all the physcial battles and if we are under pressure and have to go long it will just come straight back.
Would be absolutely delighted with a point. Without caceres we just dont have it and for every arbroath result there has been too many games where we have been poor.
The post below replying to me is by one of .nets finest champions of mediocrity!

Probably ugly football is the key on Friday to winning this.
Matty Todd should get a start and play behind a front two of Kane and another striker.
As Berkey said they will win the physical battles in midfield so get balls out wide and get balls fired into the box at every opportunity.

I felt in the first game, Rovers players deliberately left one on our players all game. The referee`s failure to send of Stevenson ,set the tone and Easton also should have been booked early on.
A strong referee, hopefully book their players early ,and stop the rough house tactics .
