I’m currently dying with a cold so the trip north today was oot the windae, and having clocked myself in the bathroom mirror I would scare old people and children so best I stay put.

If I can get hold of the team line up in atween sneezing I’ll post it up.

Kudos to those of you heading to bonny Dingwall. Not been to Victoria Park for a long time. It’s a braw run up there. Bring back some ⛄️ please.

Mon the - 🤧- Paaaaars!

Pleasantly surprised Gilmour is back. Still concerned about Munn. Hopefully he plays well…

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

That`s a good team, and you`re right about the bench, even though it`s by far the youngest squad we`ve had in years (of all time for us?) it`s starting to look very, very strong.

Tough game today, Ross Co. are the favourites (not by me!) but we can get something here, I just feel we are so much more professional these days.

Maybe a little surprised at McLeod playing and Cacares on the bench.

Thats a bench that can change a game in our favour in the last half hour if need be. Think it will be about keeping it tight and utilising the bench, but also trying to catch them out with the Tod, Todd and Bray working off Stewart.

Beating the worst team in the division on Tuesday seems a distant memory now.

Hopefully the Pars can pull something back ?

The two central defenders are more at fault today than Munn. All 3 goals came from not clearing our lines.

In this league you cannot give any team 1 goal of a start nevermind 2 goals of a start !
And the big question is why are we so slow to start in any game ? Sort this out and it will be a bonus , we won`t be chasing games
And I don't see the point of putting Kane on for the last 5 minutes
A win today would have taken us into top 4 , shot ourselves in the foot today

With a team so young, inconsistency is going to be inevitable, think we`ll just have to ride the rollercoaster and see where it takes us this season. I still think we`ll squeeze into the playoffs but it`s hard to see us going on a sustained run of wins

We`d have been 3 league positions higher with a win today.

On paper at the start of the season, this was our toughest fixture - but given their form, it was winnable today and we`ve shot ourselves in the foot.

Need to turn it around on Friday.

Level par for me plenty of damage done , I knew it would not be easy today but we have handed county the points because of our slow start and shipping cheap goals ! A win and we were into top 4 , arbroath got beat Patrick got beat so for me if we had won we gained today on them
And we have allowed Raith to jump over us , that`s more annoying than anything!
And 4 attempts at goal over 90 mins says it all for today , so better to not dwell on it and move onto next Friday against Ayr

Game was over once we lost the early goals, was always going to be an uphill struggle and in the end he didn’t have enough to get the point.

We need to get it sorted for Ayr next Friday, a team who couldn’t break down 10 man QP over 81 mins.

Disagree Ahoy.
Did you honestly think that at 2-2?

They kept going despite that start. That’s another difference from the last few seasons.

Ross County are desperately trying to get away from the lower end of the table and that, I’m sure, was their mindset today. Take us down a peg or two, too, after our short winning run.

We go on to Ayr on Friday. Mon the Pars!

Yes, it was a slow start but we managed to get level.
Not sure what Otoo was doing right at the end with the ball that fell to him.
We should have come away with a point, but one mistake too many today.

Wee reality check after Tuesday. Couple of experienced heads required in January, untill then it will be hot and cold as folk have said above.

We're comfortably better than Airdrie, QP and Morton but can we find enough consistency to push into that next wee bracket of around the playoff spots?

Still more exciting and enjoyable than the last two seasons.

If we can just stop giving away early goals to the better teams in the division then maybe we could beat them! That’s Ross County, Partick, Ayr, Raith! They must realise if them come at us early they will get some joy!

The ref was one of the absolute worst I have seen. The inconsistency was unbelievable, and that `foul` that led to their goal was such an awful decision. He was a disgrace. Saying that, we only have ourselves to blame.
As for the tickets, I heard someone say that they started selling tickets for the north stand as the north east sold our at 2.45, seems no one told the stewards. Didnt help so many people didn`t sit in their ticketed seats so there were quite a few isolated empty seats.

Personally I am not overly disappointed. Considering how we have been playing in the last couple of seasons this is at least giving us goals and something to shout about.

Worrying for me is some of the behaviour from some of our supporters today.
That guy in Gallaghers ear….WTF. Ask if you think that is warranted. Not a young lad either.
The other guy who was raging on above the rest of everybody with the orange jacket on. He had a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp.
Then whatever was said to Hammy at the end.

On a different note: hope the supporter who was on the ground at the end is ok.

Strange day of Football all round
2 down after 3 minutes, a shambles on the pitch early and a shambles off it.

In the stand you’ve got a good 50 supporters without seats so the stewards allowed some to stand on the steps and the rest along the front hoardings.
So now you’ve got folk sat at the back who can’t see because of others standing on the steps and folk down the front who can’t see because of others on the hoardings. Fans not at fault. Ridiculous situation where the blame lies with County seemingly selling tickets for a section that wasn’t open and then the lead steward unable to open a section of the nearest stand because “ he didn’t have a key”.
That’s a long way to go to either not get a seat you’ve paid for or worse not get to see much of the game.
FWIW the Gallacher incident and the scuffle at the final whistle doesn’t happen if fans had a seat to sit in.
On the pitch we’ve done well to get back into it and then draw level where a change of shape at HT had us really on top for a spell. What was concerning is that County had us in trouble while simply going from back to front and getting the ball to feet whilst facing our goals without any sort of build up play.
I wasn’t impressed by them, they were gifted their goals, Hale of course is a handful but let himself down with his antics, similarly there were a few more at it.
The ref was poor, no consistency and missed plenty, his assistants merely flagged for offsides and chose to ignore blatant fouls immediately in front of them.

Hamilton lost his sh1t after the whistle, I didn’t hear what was said so have no idea if a reaction was warranted but surely he shouldn’t be needing to be held back.
Tensions high in the stands given the circumstances and I’d be interested to hear an official line from Ross Co, I’d hope our SLO is in communication for an explanation.
