Find the abuse aimed at Lennon in really poor taste at the minute. Let’s not forget his father died the other week andd in the fact he’s not been in the dugout or involved at all during a game day for the last 4 matches.
Let’s not forget he’s human and maybe hasn’t been fully on the ball over the last fortnight. Also he’s much a touch line manager, anyone sitting in the main stand will see that. I think the team miss his encouragement from the sidelines.

2 answers to the question here….he’s silent and invisible because he is under a 4 game SFA ban, which means he can’t be near the dressing room on match days and he can’t speak to the media.
Amongst that, as per the clubs official communications, his Dad has sadly passed away so he has been spending time with his family, and quite rightly so.
However, there’s a photo going around of James Bord at the game yesterday, and Lennon was in the Directors box and yesterday was the last game of his ban.

Happy Sunday thebear.
1. Search the news
2. Read the articles or get someone to read them to you
3. If 1 & 2 had already been completed before you posted I`d add Don`t be a fud
If anything, this might suggest we`re too reliant on one man, not that he`s not performing. And that structural stuff takes time to change.

Disagree, no abuse given and none intended., was it insensitive, certainly not planned.
It was a simple question asking, why he has not been seen or heard, i was aware of sfa ban and also that his father had died. Dont need to trawl the net to work this out.

I think anyone who has lost parents knows that it takes time to get over that. Not only the time to grieve, but there are things that need to be sorted out legally and funerals to prepare for. I would think the last thing on his mind would be football. Quite frankly, why would he be putting football first.

I think we probably have to judge Lennon after January and maybe after next next summer. Half the squad are not his players and are not good enough. We probably have about 12 players who on their day are decent championship players. Some will improve and go onwards, some won’t.
If you look at it we’ve been left relying on the Todd brothers, McLeod, bray, Kearney, JCM, jeffy and Fraser and non of them have played a full season at anywhere near this level. It was going to catch up with us eventually.
Injuries to rudden, Kane’s continual problems and Bene’s fitness hasn’t helped either. Lennon didn’t help himself keeping tash tho.
This squad was going nowhere but down and now we look like we could finish around 5-7, so some improvement despite still being saddled with a lot of last seasons dross.

You can disagree all you want. The fact you knew about all the issues makes your OP all the worse.
Take a minute to think about it and issue the well overdue apology or just remain the fud of the year. Your choice.

Honestly, hang your head in shame. You’re accusing someone of being “silent and invisible” while conveniently ignoring the fact that he’s been at home dealing with the death of his father. That’s not an early Christmas break — that’s bereavement.
Football doesn’t stop being important, but it also doesn’t outrank basic human decency. Managers aren’t robots wheeled out to satisfy fan anger on demand. Sometimes they’re sons, fathers, and human beings who’ve just lost a parent.
Criticise performances, tactics, selections — all fair game. But questioning a man’s presence or commitment while he’s grieving crosses a line. It says far more about the person making the comment than it does about the manager himself.

The spin put on some things on .net is actually mind blowing! It’s like a really poor social experiment.
A person has a very poor opinion regarding on a forum that exists to speak about all things The Pars. The majority of people disagree with said opinion - also something that a football forum is about!
But to tell someone to hang their head in shame and apologise for things he didn’t say but YOU interpreted it to infer?! Absolute snowflake and unicorn riding mentality!!
I see this as more a miscommunication of a valid point. Our form has definitely dipped significantly since all the international call ups.
Lennon is back at work and will be grieving still for a long time to come. But to suggest someone can’t be held responsible for their actions when they have opted to return to work after a bereavement is a totally different conversation.
I didn’t see any suggestion of him being given an extended festive holiday which is a ludicrous and very much keyboard warrior spin to put on a topic that is answered with a message rather than in person with tone or nuance.

Nope. It`s always nice to be nice and give benefit of doubt, but that OP is perfectly clear. No interpretation required.
Regardless, even if it was misunderstood it would be prudent to apologise for a poorly thought out, poorly delivered comment.

Geez, I’m old. I’ve no idea what this means
PS. It’s a poor thread. Neil has lost his dad recently.

We’ve gone backwards recently due to having to play players who aren’t good enough.
When everyone is fit we have a good starting 11 but the rest of the squad just don’t cut it.
I’m sure once the rest of the deadwood leave and replacements are brought it, we’ll see a truer version of what Lennon is trying to achieve.
