I like the idea of this. It frustrates me when good goals are chalked off for an attacker being a bawhair goal side of the last defender. If it’s a body and a bawhair- fair enough.

Always said, as said above, all this does is shift the “baw hair” decisions back to the other side of the body. Does give the attacker more of an advantage though, so maybe a positive move?

Like all the other rules, until they properly define the playing area of the body, there will still be some decisions causing controversy like we already have

At least the attacker would look offside with that ruleset. Much like all the games outside VAR are currently judged where the attacker gets the benefit of the doubt.
