Decent so far. Motherwell are basically the level we should be looking at becoming. Similar sized club, plays good football and brings through good young players while still being successful on the pitch. A proper good club.

I like what Motherwell have done, but they were definitely given a lot of space to achieve that considering in their dark days they got to go into administration without any penalty and escaped relegation because of Taylor Report stuff.
They got a lot of breaks that other clubs didn`t get.

They also got saved from relegation twice due to league reconstruction so yeah they`ve had a fair bit of luck go their way over the years 🤔

I don’t think Scottish teams can turn their noses up at any success in European competitions. Or even any European competitions. I previously used to think that it is unfair to place Champions of any league into qualification rounds, but now I am of the opinion that we are where we are in Scotland because of our own inward looking leagues and deserve our position in European football. The SPFL needs to have the resolve to help provide solutions if we want to be a power again in football at a European level. I am not likely to see this in my lifetime.
I state it again. I enjoy championship football because I have no genuine knowledge of how the game I attend will turn out. That for me is football. Turning up to a game and being disappointed about how many goals a team has won by is not competition or even enjoyable.

I went to the Hearts game tonight. Good game for a neutral. I can’t see them progressing to the next round. Vienna should have enough to turn them over at home. Wilson scored an absolute belter of a goal.

Multiple pitch invasions domestically as well as in europe where they broke electronic advertising boards, pyro, crowd disorder in the streets. For all the tifo look good etc they do seem to have a real problem with the idiot element attachig themselves to their support.
