Former Scotland bosses Steve Clarke, Gordon Strachan and Alex McLeish have just received a warm reception from the home crowd.
The trio have a framed Andy Robertson top with a big number 100 printed on it.

After a slow start, we were well in control of the game when we scored.

Poor throw, Hendry charging out like a headless chicken then Binks and Welsh too slow to react 🤦🏻♂️
Once again poor execution at the top end is going to cost us here

Defense is getting cut open every 2 seconds.
Gilmour is the only player who wants the ball.
Ferguson is like a man down.
Absolutely horrendous 2nd half.

Went to 4 at the back when Hickey came on and still sliced right open 😂 does Hendry have a magnet in his shorts to the halfway line? Flying out all the time tonight

Both of them have been the problem. Absolutely nowhere every time we lose the ball.

Another cheat lucky to get away without a booking. Dreadful from Curtis. Was in a good position to actually do something as well. Braindead antics.

A Clarke team is winning that. I guess all the folk that wanted rid of him will be looking forward to 2 decades of not qualifying for the big tournaments and brutal qualification campaigns

Why was Bowie dropped. He was unplayable on Saturday night. Terrible decision from the manager.

That starting line up was bizarre. Too many of our experienced so-called big players having yet another poor game for Scotland. Very very disappointed in that and regardless of what people think of Steve Clarke, he’d have never lost that game.

The suggestion that a Clarke team wins that really forgets the significant periods when we were utterly rancid under him. I dont blame Gunn for the goal, but Gordon saves it every time. And probably 2 of the Swiss ones as well.

So called big players playing four games in 10 days is a pretty big ask. He should have had faith in others…

I think Steve Clarke probably doesn’t lose that game, as we would have been more solid, however he was in charge for 7 years and actually lost four of his first five matches, so it’s unfair to compare at this stage.
The three at the back was cruelly exposed by a slick Slovenian side, but it wasn’t helped by having our wing backs playing really high and further exacerbated by having Doak in one of those positions.
SB has to decide if he wants to stick to that system. Personally, I think he needs to be flexible and adjust according to the strength of the opposition and I’m not sure we have good enough defenders to play that way. We looked better when he switched to a four and I thought McPake deserves a start next time. He looked bright.
It’s maybe time for McGinn to play in a deeper role, perhaps in a double pivot with Christie or Gilmour? You could then have Doak, McTominay and McPake supporting McBurnie
There are 14 players in this squad who were not part of the WC. Thats a huge change.
He may not be the man to take us forward, but he does deserve time to see if he can.
It`s bloody tough being a legend
