In a similar vein to Parathletic's QoS reserves thread, folk might want to start following Sunderland U23's in the U23 Premier Division 2.
They currently sit bottom with 1 point from 14 games have scored 8 and conceded 40.
I had Villa to beat them and over 2.5 goals at 4/5 yesterday and it looks like a trend likely to continue.
Quite a few angles you can potentially go at: handicaps, overs, btts no and combos of the aforementioned.
Next game is home to West Brom who are 3rd in the table. At first glance West Broms away record doesn't look stellar coming in at P6 W2 D1 L3 F11 A12 but two of the away games were losses at the top two in the division 3 1 against Man Utd and 2 0 at West Ham. The other defeat was 2 1away at mid table Reading. The draw was 0 0 away at playoff chasing Stoke 5th and the two wins were 2 4 Norwich 11th and 1 3 Fulham 10th.
It looks like WB have acquitted themselves well against the weaker sides in the division so looks like potentially 3 or 4 goals again against a very poor Sunderland side. WB won the reverse game 6 0.
Can't see any odds up yet but might get around Evs for a WB win and over 2.5 goals.

Looks like bet365 have priced the game up but there are no handicap markets up yet or win and total goals although you can use bet builder to build West Brom and over 3 goals at 2.87.
1.40 on West Brom win but I wanted to see West Brom -1.5 or -2 but the odds aren't up yet.

Ladbrokes appear to have the best price on West Brom -2 at 11/5 but they're taking a maximum bet of a very specific £34.20.

Nice one - I wish I'd seen that as I thought it was likely they would get either 3 or 4 goals but not going to complain too much!
Glad both your bets came in - nothing worse than sticking up an angle and it goes t!ts up!

I swerved tonight's game with it being the u23 cup and I think Huddersfueld are the tier below in the league structure. When they went one down I thought I'd made an @rse of it.
I did manage to lose £60 by backing under 1.5 goals instead of over 1.5 goals at half time in the Jong Ajax v Dorderecht game which was absolute numptiness.
I'm going to swerve the Sunderland u23s until they are back on league duty.

I noticed Huddersfield had drawn with them 0-0 in October so never played.I missed the start of the QOTS game yesterday so not sure of the original prices but Killie were still 5/6 after going 1-0 up-admittedly they only won 4-3.QOTS 30 games without winning now.
Alloa reserves are worth keeping an eye on too.Conceded 41 goals in 9 games including recent 10-0 loss to Airdrie. They've won 1 game this season and it was their last one but worth monitoring.Their league games average 6 goals a game so over in the goals market could be worth a play depending on prices.I got 11/10 on over 4.5 goals for their game tonight against Ayr. Noticed Alloa's first team is also playing tonight so may weaken them.

Sunderland turned over again in the cup tonight at home to Wigan U23s.
Next league game is home to West Ham on Sunday. West Ham are top of the table and also have the best away record in the league having taken 18 out of 24 points on the road. The Hammers won the reverse fixture at home 4 2 and I'll be looking to price up West Ham to win by two or more and 4 or more goals in the game with a potential saver on 3 or more goals in the game. Will also look at 0-3, 1-3, 0-4, 1-4 correct score prices to see if anything appeals out of those.

Looks like the bookies have clocked this. I cant really see much value anywhere so I've chucked them in a short price acca with over 2.5 goals the selection.
Going to try a few more bookies just in case betfair and oddschecker and covering all the markets.

Finished 2 4 but Sunderland were leading 2 1 with 10 minutes to go. With 6 minutes to go they were 2 4 down. Not the way I thought that one would go!
I did think about over 3.5 goals but took the cautious option so interesting to see that it came in again.

I missed this one but might be for the best. Bolton u23s are away at Wigan tomorrow and they are in the same boat as Sunderland.
Wigan -1 is my initial thought but no prices up yet that I can see.
Wigan won 0 2 in the away game.

I use the Soccerstand app and you can save teams whose games you want to track. It's quite comprehensive but doesnt have the Scottish Reserve League that QoS are in. I also think there are some leagues they have on their website that aren't on the app but it tends to be the more obscure ones.
I think it's the same engine as either LiveScore or FlashScore.
SofaScore is another site/app I use quite a bit as it has attempted to create a "pressure" gauge in running to give you an idea as to who is dominating the game.

I played and got Liverpool -1 at evens! Had them in a handicap double with Birmingham U23's v Bolton but that was cancelled.I actually watched the Sunderland game-Curtis Jones scored a superb hat-trick for Liverpool in the last 8 minutes.Liam Millar who was on loan at Killie scored one of the others

Christ you can see why Sunderland are taking a tanking a lot of weeks, some not great defending in there although a couple of decent strikes to be fair to the lad. Good going on evens - that might have been worth a look for sure especially with the benefit of hindsight.

They've got Fulham at home today who are 2nd bottom and have only managed 6 points from 8 away games in the league scoring 4 and conceding 13.
They did convincingly win 4 0 in the home game but I can't see anything decent at the prices so going to skip this one.

Notts Forest -1 was 6/5 this morning
Had Wigan -1, Hearts -1 and St Mirren -1 in a treble but St Mirren only won 1-0
Looked at BSC v Alloa reserves-both got dreadful records.Over 4.5 goals was 8/11.Alloa 3-0 up after 17 mins. After Alloa had scored one got Alloa over 4.5 goals in play at 7/1 for a wee bet too

Alloa have scored 5 in the first half-ticks both boxes :) BSC are worth keeping an eye on now too if Alloa are pumping them. They've conceded 26 in 4 and a half games now.

The world may have changed but Sunderland's u23s haven't. Two games back from lockdown in the new season have been a home defeat to Leeds and an away defeat to Burnley.
Next game is away at Newcastle on the 5th October who won their last game away at Burnley 1 3.

Newcastle u23s apparently had quite a few leave on loan so it will be interesting to see if this is a one off or if Newcastle might be a bit poorer going forward too.

I noticed the other day that Vinnie Steels who played as a trialist for us has joined Sunderland U23s-doesn.t appear to have played any games for them though. I was keeping an eye on their early form too but not parted with any cash yet.I imagine plenty teams will have cut back on their youth teams as a cost cutting measure so only monitoring it for now.
