It's all we can do.

The issue he has is that he's made a rod for his own back with "get Brexit done". I'm sure it'll be done but it won't be what people wanted. It never will be either. Mainly because there is an entire brexit spectrum ranging from not wanting to be part of the EU but still in the single market to demolish the channel tunnel and blow up all ports.

Nope.
Battles lines drawn...he f****** hates us end of.
He cares about Scotland as much as I care about one of his kind dropping dead...not one bit
When a body of people by their actions seek to harm those close to me my language will always be simple.
I wish you nothing but the ills you bestow on me and mine.

I cannot believe how short folks' memories are.

Remember Cameron with his caring Comservstism? That ended up with an austerity programme.

Remember Boris avoiding amy scrutiny whatsoever? That'll continue. He will use these 5 years to maximise gains for his stakeholders and that'll be at the expense of common people.

I am disgusted with Corbyn and his like putting the country in this position.

The cynic in me thinks we saw and heard a plausible, duplicitous Boris - an animal who won't change his spots. It's not in the Tory DNA to feel concern or compassion for the less fortunate or well off in our society.

Feel free to disagree

Let’s give him a chance.....for 12 weeks, because if he is planning to build forty new hospitals in ten years as he promised ( note not one parliamentary term but two) then he needs to have one complete in three months ,four a year and twenty by the next GE.

Bet you they have not built four by the next GE.

That will be lie one busted.

The police numbers and nurse numbers he promised will be exposed as another lie soon enough.

His new trade deals around the world will fail to materialise also.....well any that are remotely as good as we have now at least....there will be trouble ahead for Boris soon enough.

Johnson will do whatever he or his special advisers think is the best temporary option in order to get what they want.

The problem remains the ERG. Despite the huge victory, the Tories only have a majority if the ERG play along.

Basically 'Dambuster' Marc Francois has the keys to Downing Street. Fun times!

Give the thing they call Boris the chance to go back to the black lagoon where it came from.

If God is good why did he make the monster called Boris? (And the other one called Jacob?)

Give him a chance to be putting the Withdrawal bill into the 'oven' he keeps going on about, let him trip, fall in head first and the oven door slam behind him. Result: Beef Boris-gone.

I have to keep looking at the Independent to find some comfort. This is the kind of headlines we need:

<<< Brexit news – live: β€˜Deeply cruel’ Boris Johnson faces backlash after axing protections for child refugees, as Rees-Mogg reappears for first time since blaming Grenfell victims >>>

<<< British people getting 'screwed' over by Tory elite, says Guy Verhofstadt>>>

Sounds about right.

The increase to the national minimum wage will now only happen "when the economy can afford it".

Higher wages pull money into the economy. Better than leaving it sloshing around in offshore bank accounts.

But if the peasants start to feel secure how can you manipulate them into earning you cash if they dont feel the need to take that zero hour contract with no rights?

Whilst BJ is flying to the private island in the Caribbean on a jet loaned by a Russian multi millionaire, some of England is underwater, so no visit from the PM they voted in.😑😑😑

Meanwhile Jeremy Corbyn is visiting foodbanks and shelters for those that sleep on the streets.πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚

Something not right in the deep south!πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”
