Per the Forum rules :-
`Political propaganda or material will not be housed or promoted on the forum, which is only to be used as a talking shop for discussion.`
How does this square with the advert for Scottish Labour which just appeared at the top of my screen?

I got the Labour Party one as well. Now I`m getting one for a dental adhesive. And a holiday in Copenhagen.

I`ve just been ambushed by Scottish Labour again, on the Football Forum. I`m surprised there has been no official answer to my original post on this.

I think you’re probably secretly a member of the Labour Party, wee eck.
Well, Hurricane Jimmy probably thinks so… :-)

MT - I`m still eagerly awaiting your positive case for the Union rather than the usual contrarian posts. Can we expect that any time soon?

The main benefit is easy trading with your closest and largest neighbour. You`d have to be a complete fool to vote to end that. Oh, wait...

Jake - Aye, but it`s alright when the Unionists do it y`ken?
Tenruh - You actually made a valid point when you said (whenever/wherever it was) that having a competent Government would lead to public opinion shifting toward Independence. Personally I think you`re right. I have zero confidence in Humza Yousaf and would have had the same in Kate Forbes. For me, the two leaders capable of taking Scotland forward would be Joanna Cherry and potentially Alyn Smith - both fine legal minds and able to think outside of the box. Cherry has the intricate legal knowledge that would be required to pull it off and make legislation work, while Alyn Smith has the knowledge of the bigger picture from having been in Europe for about 20-odd years.
Watching stuff like this honestly just infuriates me. The legacy of the UK:

You do yourself a dis-service to claim that others don`t want independence because they are waiting for the right time. One of Scotland`s greatest warriors, the Black Douglas, died in Teba as a result of a miscalculation in battle. Brains will, 90% of the time, trump brawn.
