So he has been flashing his tadger to some guy on social media and later been blackmailed into giving out contact details for other MP`S.

Some of these other MP`S decided to join the club and flash their dicks, to an unknown person, Russian or otherwise.

Supplying details of other colleagues is surely a stackable offence? But he is being described as "Brave" by our chancellor of the exchequer!

The main news of the day was Rainer`s Council House sale, in fact Kuenssberg on her Sunday morning show never asked the Deputy PM about it!

There are seemingly some big political figures involved in this, no wonder the public opinion of MP`S is rock bottom!

It`s quite incredible that this isn`t getting far more coverage than it is.

And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

I think the answer to your question is that it`ll get exponential coverage in direct relation to how much it has to do with with the Scottish parliament?

Nicola Sturgeon parked a campervan for free on her mother in law`s drive though.

What is also rather telling is the way the opposition parties avoiding putting the boot in. I read some quotes from Labour and Lib Dems are they were very understanding of poor Mr Wraggs predicament, and didn`t think he should be sacked. I`m assuming that`s because he has given out details of people across all parties and there are other figures involved.

In my opinion by doing this he has compromised his position and left himself wide open to being blackmailed. It may have been forgivable if he had owned up to his mistake immediately, but he has provided the blackmailer with details of other MPs instead. He MUST have known that this would lead to the same thing happening to them as well. His actions could have, and perhaps have, compromised national security. I can`t believe Jeremy Hunt has backed him. He must resign

He didn`t just give contact details of fellow-MPs, he also included other Parliamentary staff and some journalists. There`s an article on the BBC News website by a BBC journalist who was targeted. He can`t understand why Wragg gave out his details.

He`s gone :-

William Wragg has stepped down as vice chairman of the 1922 Committee of Tory MPs, after sharing MPs` personal phone numbers with someone on a dating app.

It is also likely that he will quit as the chair of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee.

Hidden under a story about someone from a reality TV show getting a stoma fitted. Got to love the BBC.

Nicola Sturgeon shouldn’t have been parking that camper anywhere… she didn’t have a driving licence then.

If you think these equate to exposing perfectly innocent people without their knowledge or consent to potential danger from some anonymous source, it says a lot about your values.

And another MP involved in shenanigans, at one time it would bring down a government!🤔

Meanwhile the man of many names, Shapps appears on television to defend something that has been hidden for the last 3 months or more. 🤣🤣🤣

12 detectives investigating Rayner, the woman that came up to lambast Sturgeon, what comes round, as they say!🤔😲🤭

Tory campaign funds allegedly being used to pay off `bad people` who had locked up one of their MPs! I wonder why they locked him up?

It`s OK for so many policemen to be diverted from normal duties to investigate Angela Rayner but in Scotland it`s scandalous that policemen are investigating allegations under the Hates Crime Act instead of dealing with real crime like burglaries and car theft etc.

Meanwhile Sunak`s approval rating has recorded the lowest score of any PM since 1994.

It turns out he`s a Scot and this isn`t the first time he has been in trouble according to the BBC:-

Who is Mark Menzies?
Mr Menzies was elected in 2010, having been placed on then-Tory leader David Cameron`s "A-list" of priority candidates for that year`s general election.

The unmarried MP grew up in Ayrshire in Scotland, where he was raised by his mother after his father, who worked in the Merchant Navy, died the month before he was born. He attended a private secondary school under the assisted places scheme, which offered subsidised places at fee-paying schools, before studying economic and social history at Glasgow University. A Tory activist since the age of 16, he had a career in retail before entering politics and was a graduate trainee at supermarket chain Marks & Spencer.

He has been a parliamentary aide to three Tory ministers - but resigned the last of these roles in 2014, after a newspaper reported allegations from a Brazilian male escort that he paid him for sex and asked him to buy an illegal drug. At the time, Mr Menzies said a number of the allegations were untrue and he "looked forward to setting the record straight".

Sounds like Mark Menzies will be joining the other 16 Tory MPs who have lost the party whip.
Seems like an unusual case, the party has been aware of the ransom paid since January, but it doesn`t seem as though the police are aware.
Previous allegations against him include paying a male Brazilian prostitute for sex, trying to buy drugs from him, and getting a dog drunk. Who knows why anyone would be trying to get a dog drunk, and what they then intended to do to the dog?

The William Wragg situation is probably the bigger story but it hasn`t been given the scrutiny it deserves in the media. There was a good piece on the BBC website about it. By the sounds of it dozens of MPs were contacted. All Parties were very careful not to put the boot in, some figures being extremely supportive. Makes me wonder how many fish were hooked
