 Speed restrictions m90

Anyone heard anything about this between kirkliston and halbeath. Read online that it's getting introduced End of last month. Noticed tonight driving down motorway after joining from a92 there was the motorway speed limit displayed on the overhead gantry but can't remember there being any lesser speed restrictions further back?

Is this still the case? As I got flashed last night South Bound just after the A92 joins, the overhead gantry wasn’t on, I thought they were only going to be used when the gantry showed a speed (even the national limit).

If it works the same way it used to up in Aberdeen, only 1 camera on each side was live. However they moved them about every month.

More importantly, when will people start to drive above 40mph on the bridge? It’s a motorway is it not?

The amount of people that doddle over the bridge raises my blood pressure.

Lane hoggers is another thing that really raises my blood pressure. In fact, the commute to and from Edinburgh raises it pretty consistently.

Point taken about the time RM.

I do find it frustrating when someone comes flying up in the outside lane and gets way too close, but I accept my issue is with tailgaters not speeders per se, and if yours was on an empty road it's a bit different.

Driving on the Autobahn is a joy. Wish there was something similar here. You have to have your wits about you to be fair though.

Been trundling up the A9 to Inverness this past week in ma van, and have to say, can't think of a more soul destroying road to be on at 50mph.
