Guy at my work, who isn't especially technically minded, fitted his own last weekend using a YouTube tutorial video. Dunno how you'd feel about attempting something similar. If in any doubt don't!
And although my eyes were open

Most important bit is using clothes pegs, or similar, to snag the loose wire(s) to stop them falling down the back of the oven before ypu swap in and secure the new element.
Ten minute job, really straight forward

It depends on the oven really. The ones that are changed by removing the panel inside the oven are pretty straightforward. The ones where the back of the oven needs dismantled aren’t quite so easy.

I did mine last year it really is easy make sure you get like for like and even an auld man like me changed it in 10 minutes

I understand how it's fitted.But the old element,is not screwed on ,its on with two pins,and no way can I get them off,without damage to electrical stuff behind it.So frustrating .No matter how hard I try they just won't pull off.

No,its a round element. Just held on with two threaded studs.
