This is kind of funny but at the same time kind of creepy. I think that if I lived nearby I would be calling for a retrofit of the retrofit. What about you?

Oooooft. Sounds like harmonics and how can that be good for any structure.
They must have noticed it whilst they were building it. If it is that loud from the distance they are suggesting that would be horrible.
