I am growing tired of threads on here about Coronavirus, Trump, race discrimination, transsexuals, the destruction of statues, etc, etc. Everything is so negative and divisive. It seems that the world has gone bat **** crazy.
Surely we are better than this?
As an antidote, why don't we celebrate some of the better things in life?
For instance, I came across this masterful guitar performance of 'Ocean' by John Butler in front of a crowd of Indian students in Calcutta. This is just beautiful.

And here's something quite extraordinary. This Canadian guy has built a fascinating series of videos over the past three years following his construction of a log cabin and several outbuildings in the wilderness. It has few words - just him and his faithful Labrador dog - and an absolutely outstanding effort. This man is so creative; he shows us what can be done with tremendous energy and a bountiful supply of wood.

The third video I have watched dozens of times over the past few years and each time I still get the heebie-jeebies. Most folk love hillwalking, but this takes it a step too far for me...

Have you got any YouTube videos to recommend?

I think it's super important to spotlight, expose and discuss those issues to both raise awareness and challenge any growing ideals...
However, here's a YouTube video I stumbled across. Don't watch 'reaction' videos but this one started autoplaying and the guys infectious si didn't turn off (and it was a fun reminder of an old comedy programme fonejacker)

Asterix in Britain. My fav one. Kids will love it and lots of adult humour throughout. Good family watch.
