 Paedophile protests at Buckingham Palace...
Topic Originator: Rastapari

You would think hundreds of people chanting paedophile outside Buckingham Palace would be news worthy...
But no our paedophile rife state tv seems to have forgotten our Royal family are harbouring a rapist.

Patience - the Maxwell trial will put "him" in the spotlight again.

For those who follow such stories this broadcast on Monday won't be recommended viewing for the Met.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m000m22r/the-unbelievable-story-of-carl-beech

Sir Richard Henriques (he identified 43 mistakes in their investigation) was unambigious in his assessment near the end of the programme.

You must have missed the BBC news item I saw. It only appeared once in the news channel but then I did only watch for an hour. It was probably repeated in the following hour since that's how these channels work. It was however covered several times in the local BBC London news.

Oh and it's all over every news paper on the web.

A fairly ineffective protest surely anyway considering there is no members of the family currently at the palace. It's a bit like them shouting at my front door whilst I'm in Tenerife.

I meant ineffective in that the people/person who was the subject of the protest was clearly nowhere near the place the protest took place.
Make it more effective. Stand outside his house not some random palace.

So Rasta

He is a paedophile and a rapist?

Did I miss the court case where he was found guilty?

There was me thinking that he was a stupid bloke who actually believed that women threw themselves at him, where in reality he was being 'taken care of' by very well paid prostitutes.

Then Why did "the pimp" kill himself?

I thought Rasta would be all over that one...

Anyway - the main mouthpiece is on record as saying that taking care of P.A. was "just another job" and that she was "paid" for said 'work'.

Give me another word for a woman that willingly/happily flies around the world getting paid a lot of money to have sex/massages/dances with rich older men?

I am happy to be all over this comment although I agree with your previous point.

The pimp mysteriously died after the corrupt Trumpophile AG Barr visited the prison and the security cameras miraculously failed at the perfect time!!!!

Saville was never found guilty either. Lack of a court case is not proof of innocence.

I think it's fairly clear that Prince Andrew is guilty of something. It's a case of determining what. Only two people know the truth of what happened and it ranges from "Daft laddie" to "rapist". That's quite a wide spectrum.

Is it not concluded that the accuser was above the age of consent so therefore more "dirty old man" than "paedophile"?

'Guilty'?

He is clearly yet another entitled knob - however unsavoury, this does not make him a rapist.
I don't like him, but being a rich entitled erse is not a criminal offence.

He has likely grown up with girls/women (who would have normally been waaaay out of his league) throwing themselves at him 'just' because he is a prince.

He goes to parties where lots of young attractive women are dancing around with skimpy clothing, many are on the game, many are hoping to snag a rich bf/husband, most are available...

Why should any of Epstein's parties have been any different?
Look at any of the other rich entitled scumbags hanging around with young birds.
Berliscioni? Vacchi? Trump?
(at least Trump marries some of them...)

Without money/power do you think Ivanka/Marla/Melania would have looked twice at him?
Michael Douglas / Zeta Jones?
Brad Pitt is still at it with yet another woman 30 years his junior.

However, to be called out 20? years after allegedly knobbing a scantily clad 17 year old (yes - 17 is over the age of consent) who has admitted to being a PAID sex-worker - wtf?

"Is it not concluded that the accuser was above the age of consent so therefore more "dirty old man" than "paedophile"?"

Ms. Roberts alleges she had three encounters with PA.

One in New Mexico, one on Little St. James, the other in London.

Under state law she was of consenting age in NM, likewise under UK law in London, at 17 and 16 respectively.

Not so in the US Virgin Islands where should would have been 16 and the age is 18.

The age question becomes irrelevant if she were coerced, that is the critical issue that has to be established.......after verification of the alleged encounters with PA.

Maxwell is the key player - let's hope the FBI can unravel the truth.

Didn't realise about the Virgin Islands.

Wouldn't justify in the slightest what Prince Andrew is alleged to have done but I'd suggest some of the accusations would not hold much water legally. It sounds to me like he has allegedly indirectly procured sex by way of a pimp offering a girl to him. The crime here would be based on her age at the time, where they were at the time and whether the age and prostitution laws in that area resulted in it being considered that a criminal act had occurred.

The big scandal here is that if this were me I would have been in court by now and either convicted or released. Prince Andrew is being allowed to hide behind his mum and his money.

Not quite as straightforward as that unfortunately.

For example, was a report ever made to the police, let alone a formal complaint or accusation ?

The alleged encounter took place in 2001, however it didn't appear in the public awareness until late 2014.

On an unproven allegation that allegedly took place in the Caribbean many years before?

From a prostitute that was well paid at the time, and has also received at least one round of hush money since?

The biggest issue here is that there are a lot of allegations being thrown round (not just with PA) but little in the way of investigation or even support to investigate.

The problem is that the truth generally seems to come out too late. I'll bet in about twenty years we'll get the real truth coming out about child stars like Corey Feldman, Corey Haim (RIP) and Macaulay Culkin as the alleged perpetrators will begin dying.

That can work two ways.

For example, Lord Bramall and Leon Brittain (and others) were implicated in the alleged organised Westminster paedophile group and/or the Dolphin Square abuse, torture and murder claims.

Tragically they passed on before their innocence could be legally confirmed when the allegations were exposed for the odious lies that they were.

Good question, his alibi for that night has never been established with certainty.

Duty rota records of his Met. minders that night are reported as having been destroyed.

Incidentally, on an earlier observation, she has made no claims of improprieties against Trump.

Surelt if he was not guilty he'd be more than happy to speak to the FBI? Did America not offer that lassie that killed the brittish guy then claim diplomatic immunity? If he wasn't guilty it was a brilliant pr opportunity missed by the royals. You get a chance to clear your name and help out a family who are always in the news at the same time. He's definitely guilty the question now is how involved he was.

c'mon the pars

This one maybe

Jeffrey Epstein allegedly forced an underage girl to have sex with Prince Andrew so he could blackmail the royal, US court documents claim.

According to the papers, unsealed in New York on Friday, the alleged encounter took place at Epstein’s private retreat in the US Virgin Islands.

The alleged victim, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, was reportedly told to “give the prince whatever he demanded and report back to [Epstein] on the details of the sexual abuse”.

Victim is

A woman who said she was sex trafficked by disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, has claimed she had sex with Prince Andrew after they visited a London nightclub when she was 17.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre said the Queen’s second son gave her alcohol before the alleged sexual encounter at the home of British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell in 2001.

Which story that is being told here is correct? I don't know. Was she on London or on an island. Can't she decide/ remember?

"Which story that is being told here is correct? I don't know. Was she on London or on an island. Can't she decide/ remember?"

Both.

The first alleged encounter was Sat.10th/Sun.11th March 2001 after a night at Tramps nightclub thereafter at Maxwell's property in Belgravia.

The second alleged dalliance was on Little St. James in the US Virgin Islands, precise date unclear, but not so long after London it would appear.

The other alleged close encounter was at Epstein ranch in New Mexico.

Not exactly breaking news, been around online for a time.
