You can put any 3 folk in room 101
Then give a brief reason why. Once someone is in you cant nominate them again.

Sir Philip Green- loathsome greedy capitalist without any moral or ethical compass.

Matt Gaetz- American parasitic Republican without an ounce of decency. Got away with DUI in the past due to connections.

Keith Lemon- odd choice but he has taken the level if entertainment below the barrel.

I have left out some very obvious nominations...

Well, Rasta's is hard to beat.

But from a slightly different angle I'd throw Toby Young, Katie Hopkins and Laurence Fox in there.

All cynically exploring social media, engagement & hyperbole tactics to further their own careers. Literally profiting out of stoking division and spreading baseless nonsense. In Young and Fox's case, collectively they are part of a cohort indirectly responsible for Covid deaths.

Fox is about the most loathsome individuals I've ever come across.

I maybe have missed the point a little in the room 101 scenario, but here goes
Josef Stalin
Hitler
Winston Churchill

3 completely different people and ideologies that shaped most of the modern world. Would genuinely love to be a fly on the wall of any discussion those 3 would have, locked in a room, never to escape and without any backup to support or discuss their theories. The game would be to see who survives these discussions to take the prize of world domination. No Americans as I think they wouldn’t be as wiry, evil, devious or entertaining as these three, so Hirohito and the US are out.

I’ll adopt the approach of parsmad68 who took Sartre’s idea that ‘Hell is other people.’ So Room 101 is a combination of three people who can’t stand each other but are doomed to stay in the same room for eternity.

Bernard Manning
Priti Patel
Peter Tatchell

Manning`s humour was sexist and racist. Despite this he`s attracted to Patel but she`s repelled by him.
Patel hates anything working class or socialist. Despite this she is attracted by Tatchell`s charm but he is uninterested in her.
Tatchell wants to support the working class and ethnic minorities but draws the line at these two.

I wasn't aware Fox was so reviled, see him occasionally on Googlebox and didn't know he was such a belter.

All very intriguing, but can someone explain what Room 101 is? Whatever it is, we don`t have one in Australia as far as I know.

It's originally from the book 1984 but the TV show allows people to chuck three things into room 101.
