Not wishing to speak ill of the dead, but there was a time when I would gladly have had him and that singer lined up and shot for that affront to music...

Did Meatloaf and Bonnie Tyler ever duet?

That would have been ear shattering.

I believe there was a compilation album featuring Steinman songs by both of them.
As far as I'm aware they have not had a duet.
There's a song from Whistle Down the Wind called A Kiss is a Terrible Thing to Waste by Meatloaf. I think Bonnie Tyler adds some vocals at the end of the song but not a duet and the song is absolutely dreadful. As are almost all Andrew Lloyd Webber songs.

The album may have been called Heaven and Hell but not 100% sure on that.

Having just heard our usual instantly forgettable Eurovision entry, it’s a pity we never sought Mr Steinman’s assistance in the past. We just don’t do outrageously daft pop very well.

I remember the year I bought Bat out of Hell. I fell in love with it. I remember the girlfriend an I used to listen to it in the evening. Paradise by the dashboard light being a favourite, I won't say any more!
