Let’s hope the police involved are never are on our streets again..handcuffed and dragged whilst bleeding out after being stabbed and the guy that did it sitting in a car…what a nation this country has become!
Enough is enough now and Starmer has to go as our streets in Britain are full of violence.
The boy repeatedly said Iv been stabbed then is put in handcuffs and told “I don’t think you have mate” then died…
Do we get a white lives matter where everyone takes the knee for this lad?
Two tier Britain!

Absolutely shameful and I hope the family members who assisted in this crime are also dealt with. It`s fine for them to say sorry but they were complicit in this murder.
The officers involved need to explain themselves. They acted improperly and slowly.
None of this will bring the lad back, but the least that can be done is that lessons are learned.
Unfortunately, all we`re going to get is twats like Stephen Yaxley-Lennon and Nigel Farage looking to turn it into a bun fight.

The lads family have literally said not to use his name to push division or narratives. Nigel Farage stamped all over those wishes yesterday with his “Urgent Update” “White Lives Matter” news conference……and no surprises that other Reform MPs and supporters are doing the same.
Also, how can you blame Starmer for police incompetence? 🤔 the officers are the ones at fault here, pure and simple, as they didn’t even check for a stab wound. That is what is wrong in this case.

The number of instances where innocent until proven guilty appeard to be managed in completely the opposite way is nuts.
I don`t necessarily blame the officers themselves but the culture is all wrong.
I`m not sure I would feel entirely comfortable rocking up as a big bloke to sort out a scrap between 4 individuals if my partner wasn`t physically capable of looking after themselves.
The national guidance says it all unfortunately.
Poor old Henry, night out with your mates for what appears to be literally a couple of pints and this happens. RIP young man. I hope the other members of the family get the book thrown at them too.... including the mum.

Rather than pushing all the BLM, WLM nonsense, why are we not pushing that all lives matter. Everyone deserves the same courtesy regardless of skin colour. The amount of microaggression on this thread alone is outstanding. Police should be assessing the situation, not taking on persons word over the other.
Similarly, noone should be carrying a sharp knife around in public whether they`re Sikh, Christian or a bloody carpet fitter.

Edited to say I agree with you, either we all can or no one can.
What I do think is wrong is that in this country you can’t carry any self defence equipment around with you - a gun is a great leveller, but if my daughter, who is quite small decided to carry something non lethal (eg taser, pepper spray or even hair spray which the police decide is only there for protection) she would be charged.

"All lives matter" was used as a statement when the BLM message was being pushed hard and was specifically referred to as racist terminology. Bonkers.

This is the way it should be, but if you have ever had any dealings with the police, one of the first things they ask you is your occupation. This is to establish where you are on the social scale so they know whose side of the story they are going to believe.
Someone I know was involved in quite a nasty fight years ago in which he was the main aggressor. When the police arrived and found the injured party was a labourer while he was an architect, they instantly took his side of the story as the truth.
That`s their job, to protect the rich from the poor

Nigel actually turned up to parliament today for PMQs and even had the audacity to ask a question about two tier policing regarding Henrys death.
People should go watch the response from other MPs and Keir Starmer - he gets absolutely lambasted by them all, and the PMs response is dignified and to the point - which makes Farage look even dafter.

Police failure causes yet another tragedy because of their culture of antagonism towards the public, and the right jumps immediately to covering for the police by making it about their wee culture war, despite the expressly stated wishes of the victim`s family.

The ambulance was called about 2mins 40 seconds after the footage was started I believe.
At 00:45 on a Saturday morning (or whatever day it was) I think that there could have been a justifiable assumption that Henry was drunk unfortunately. Easy for his condition to have been confused.
The initial engagement and first check of injuries were clearly insufficient but I am sure those officers have attended many call outs when their actions would have been proven to be the right ones.
On the other point, when a bunch of right wing knobs assume ownership of a logical phrase like "All lives matter" then we have a choice..... use something else which I think looks like we are playing politics with words and letting them own the space, or use it because it is correct and sensible, and then call them out on their underlying bullshit and racism.

Away from this sad case, I`m sure we`ve all witnessed how people are treated differently due to their skin colour, religion or wealth. Our politicians look a pretty disgusting bunch atm.
I knew when I seen that Starmer taking the knee picture it was all wrong.
I don’t know if it’s been said but I believe Henry was either the police for around 67mins. So far they’ve released a couple of minutes. I don’t think we’ll ever see what happened after that.
Genuinely, I’ve said this a few times on the forum and social media. Our police are totally underfunded, understaffed and under pressure.
I’m not excusing these officers.
I do think it was a matter of time.
The police force are actively looking to move on police officers who are on the higher earning bands especially if they’re not that far up the tree (the longer you serve, you move into a higher wage band/bracket. It does mean a Bobby on the beat can make a good living). The problem with that is they’re actively removing the experience out of the force and replacing it with new recruits that fall into a lower earning bracket. They are doing what they can with the finances they have however they also have political pressures that will push them to go green, hire using DEI strategies and virtue signal for whatever month it is.
The police force is failing. I hope Henry is the last but I don’t think he will be.

It`s worth noting that the hospital confirmed that the injuries sustained to Henry Nowak were already critical, and nothing that the police did would have saved him.
That`s not defending the officers at all, the footage is abhorrent and I hope the officers are dealt with appropriately.

The level of injuries he received are absolutely irrelevant IMHO. The way they handled the situation and Henry is the police’s issue - not what happened before they arrive.
This is one time it’s caught public limelight but how many times has something happened where someone now has charges against them or has been publicly painted as a racist when they are not?

Sadly, he would have passed away anyway due to the nature of his injuries. The officers have seconds to make a decision and, worryingly, the assumption is a white person is the instigator/racist. This is where we are now.
It`s just my opinion, but the media and politicians like Farage have blood on their hands by stirring up racial hatred. Years of creating division. Now we`ve ended up with police assuming that someone has been racist because a person of colour says so. At the same time we have people feeling it`s their right to say whatever they please.

I can`t help wondering why all these "angry" people calmly organised themselves and masked their identities before heading out on an orgy of destruction, including a cowardly attack on the home of an innocent, immigrant family that has lived peacefully in Belfast for 20 years.

Ok, so if the guy didn`t try and behead someone, no riots, is that too simple?
Just a quick sense check, an awful thing happens where a despicable nutter does something awful the proportionate response is to assemble a guild of balaclava clad men who proceed to burn down houses perceived (wrongly) to be inhabited by recent immigrants even if there are children inside?
You do realise this is as insanely, depressingly and mental as the trigger event itself don’t you?
There is no ‘simple’ about it unless you are an absolute cretin

Well it appears some people will riot at the drop of a hat. They`ve just burnt down the house of an Irish family. How does that help?
Still waiting for you to explain the link between the guy in Belfast and Henry Nowak though.

The family of the attack victim have condemned the violence……yet certain politicians and fans of them are still lapping it up 🤷🏻♂️ says it all really.

I still cannot understand why those that triggered the increase in immigration, and are now arguing that it is all the immigrants fault, aren`t getting called out more regularly and consistently.
Absolutely bonkers.
The real irony is that the Belfast attacker was let in and processed under a Tory government and Home Office les by Badenoch/Jenrick, yet Starmer gets the blame 😂 it shows you how thick their followers really are.
Kemi Badenoch has never worked in the Home Office.

The likes of Farage and Tommy Robinson must be rubbing their hands together when something like the Nowak murder, and the Northern Ireland situation happens. This is exactly the sort of scenario they want as they know they can whip up the imbeciles that follow them into a frenzy. They want to incite racial division in the UK for their paymasters. Even former BNP Leader Nick Griffin called Farage and Robinson out recently for being fully paid up friends of Israel. I see that wee scrote Thomas Kerr of Reform was urging people to take to the streets again tonight. He did say, at the end, for peaceful protest, but that was just to cover himself. He knows if people go out, his little foot soldiers will incite brutal thuggery

You’re not compassionate and are letting a lot of people off the hook because you’re trying to pretend something is simple when it’s anything but.
If the attempted beheading hadn’t happened then that specific chain of events probably wouldn’t have happened. That’s obvious.
You’re treating it as a simple cause and effect when it’s not. The incident was the trigger, but there are clearly plenty of folk already carrying a level of anger towards immigrants that were found something to latch onto.
Normal people don’t hear about a crime and decide the answer is to burn out a house or target completely unrelated people. That’s not a natural reaction. The fact some did tells you there was a lot more going on than one incident.
The attempted beheading explains the spark. It doesn’t explain why there was a bonfire sitting there ready to go up in flames. There is nothing ‘simple’ here and you can barely conceal how desperate you are to latch onto horrific events for your political agenda.

At what point do we question how much impact someone’s words are having compared to the actual incidents themselves?
They’re are all rioting because Nigel Farage said so while forgetting someone lost and eye and nearly his head in the street
They are all rioting because of Tommy Robinson even though a 12 year old girl got drugged and raped
They are all rioting because… whoever said whatever and not because the police put a dying man in hand cuffs.
Remember Axel Rudakubana? Deng Chol Majek? Haybe Cabdiraxmaan Nur? Safi Dawood? That’s only the high profile cases. There is more yet if you say anything negative you’re branded a racist.
Anyone else hear about the Eritreans who were having battles in Stevenage because of arguments about who supported the government and who didn’t? Only 1 person killed there. Why do people in Stevenage have to put up with that?
I agree it’s low intelligence behaviour to be smashing the place up but we’re taking the dregs of other people’s society then sticking them in hotels cos we don’t know who they are and can’t find out. Then they’re told they can’t work, can’t do anything really just wait around the next 12 to 60months in that hotel but don’t worry, here’s food, healthcare and everything else they get. It’s a recipe for disaster.
The women, children and families tend to be resolved reasonably quickly because they’re all documented and honest.
I don’t see this getting better. It’s only going to get worse. Just shouting racism isn’t working and I wonder if a young girl gets raped and murdered or something else in Dunfermline next week if we’d all shout racism at any protests or whatever started up here.

Ok, but why do these MPs only ever speak up, and the public incite violence and riot, when its stories of people of colour in the headlines?
Where is this same outrage when a White Brit does the same, or worse, to fellow countrymen?
Thats where the problem lies. It’s not equal. It’s a deliberate attack on race. And to claim it isn’t is just sticking your fingers in your ears because you don’t have an answer to it.

Because it suits their agenda. They are paid to destabilise the country.
Yes, there needs to be greater vetting and control of who enters our borders. However, burning down people`s homes and cars isn`t going to help. I`d argue it does the opposite and breeds further division and potential violence. I can understand that people are angry about a perceived lack of action, but let`s not be influenced by grifters like Yaxley-Lennon and Farage. That pair are money-grabbing bastards.

It’s the same reason why there’s no threads on here on the same subject you’ve mentioned.

I suppose when a British person does the same, there is the same disgust, but all we can do is send them to jail…
While that individual may not partake in our general way of life and could have a completely different set of beliefs and principles, the people complaining about immigration and the associated problems can hardly blame the government for letting that British person stay or even letting them in legally in the first place.

I think there’s almost always a thread on a shocking crime that becomes headline news irrelevant of the skin colour of the perpetrator.
Playing the opposite whataboutery game of folk complaining about crimes of illegal migrants isn’t going to win prizes. It just makes noise.
It is wild that the police dragged a stabbed man and hand cuffed him while he took his last breath and folk still find a place to use it as an irrelevant side point to an argument that makes no sense.
The police are fckd at the moment. Budget constraints and wild policies are making them close to useless. The Henry Nowak case only highlights it.
