Think dapo had trials earlier in the summer at raith and Livingston, let’s hope it’s a case of him lowering his demands and not that he’s not up to much.
Is he an out and out striker? Hoping he’s more or a forward who has pace so can play on the wings too.

To be fair all he needed to do was watch us on Saturday after his running in the warm up to see the standard of our strikers or even look at the stats of the season.

Seen him for Livi pre-season away to Motherwell...got about 20mins or so in a wide area.
Bang average but was first game for a long time after injury and playing out of position.

He was doing shuttle runs at half time on Saturday. He is not 6ft 2 that`s for sure.
Hopefully he is over his injury problems and can push on this year to get his career on track.

There was a lot of talk about him in various SFA Coaching circles a few years back, but things haven’t seemed to have worked out for him (so far) in that regard, however, hopefully he’ll use us as a platform to find his form and kick on again, towards a successful career.

I see his younger brother, Adedire who plays in Belgium, has been selected for the latest Scotland under-21 squad.
I presume that`s the squad settled now until January. I reckon we now have 22 players designated as `first-team` and presumably no more can go out on loan until then.
Oluwayemi, Mehmet
Comrie, Fisher, Bene, Fogarty, Young, Ngwenya
Hamilton, Otoo, Chalmers, Clay, Todd, Cooper, Wotherspoon
KRH, McCann, Kane, Wighton, Sutherland, Mebude, MOH
Hamilton and Otoo will still have to provide cover in defence if anything happens to the 6 designated defenders.

He does win headers, so does McCann and no one seems to gamble and run on to them. We would create far more chances with someone assisting Kane upfront who has pace. I’m surprised McPake never tried Sutherland with Kane. There were a few interviews in the league cup where he claimed he should have started Sutherland and now he has fallen down the pecking order for some reason.
Mebude has a lot of potential. Hopefully we can get the best out of him and not waste him.

Apparently the main reason for the delay in signing him was the difficulty getting international clearance because the last club he played for no longer exists!
