So far a shocking appointment, I would have McLaughlin back in a heart beat.I never thought I could see worse football than us under mcpake but he has some how made us even worse. No goals in 5 games, players looking disinterested and this awful tippy tappy passing from the back which only teams like Barcelona,Real Madrid etc can master.

He’s out his depth and needs to go. He’s been in charge for 8 games and we’ve only scored in 2 of them.

He`s a pihs appointment. Said it at the time.
Still, he`ll be patted on the back by some for keeping the team in the division. Maybe.
Promotion is a LONG way off.

They way things are going he won’t be getting a pat on the back then.
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Yeah can’t imagine any fans are looking forward to more of the same on Saturday and if that game goes against us attendances will plummet and fast.
Said it at the time, raw untried youngsters are not what we needed as there’s not enough quality around them. We got lucky that mullan looks decent but the rest offering nothing and of course the usual suspects continue to turn out the dross that they have been doing for years.
Our only hope is tidser ditching the current nonsense and the owners brining in another 2-3 experienced pro’son loan who can make a difference.
Yeboah is the new Josh coley, McCann absolute terrible again. Wotherspoon just wants to retire and it’s all looking like an experiment going spectacularly wrong.

There should be a clause in his contract that allows us to part ways with him without compensation if we are relegated this season.
Why appoint someone who would clearly have said in his interview that he only plays one way? We needed someone who is willing to adapt to who and how we are playing.

We have a great support and our fans
deserve a lot better. We have been rotten
for years, and we cannot choose a decent
manager. It always seem the cheap option.
For the sake of our beloved football team,
bite the bullet and get Ian Murray in now.

I would have loved McCabe to come in and said it at the time. His stock had dropped at the time due to Airdrie’s poor form but he had the punching massively above their weight for the last two seasons. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them finish 8th now with the run they’re on. Tidser was a surprise at first but the longer it went on, then more I just wanted to see the deal get completed. He came in saying the right things but has been proven to be well out his depth with a complete lack of tactical intelligence. No one will judge him for finally admitting his tactics he is so stubborn to stick to aren’t working. The aim is to stay up and there is no way we’re doing that playing this style. He needs to be realistic and accept relegation is heavily on the cards. We should be looking to Connor Young’s strengths and playing in a way to ensure he’ll score goals.

His appointment is reminding me more and more of the Tam Forsyth period and that was utterly abysmal.
I would dismiss him tomorrow and all who were recommenders/authorisers.

Saw an interview at the weekend, talking about Amorin (sp) at Man U. If you set out your stall re style of play and you change it then you are dead in the water. They are a stubborn bunch are managers, best get used to it. This is as good as it will get this year. Welcome to league one

Cannot say I was enamoured with his appointment but was willing to give him the chance , Already we can see the style of play he is wanting us to do is no good at present with the players we have , time for that when we are safe but looks highly unlikely at present , we cannot beat a Terrible Hamilton team , so what chance have we got against other teams ? Airdrie are defo hot on our heels , they are now winning games and we have a team that cannot score in a brothel ! unless we go up a few gears this saturday and actually create some chances and take them there is only one way we are heading ! as others have said it is like watching a Mcpake team just now ,
really pi55ed off just now and I dare say many others will be feeling the same , we supporters deserve a little better than we are getting served up at present

I think he’s been given a freebie. This season has been written off. Certain players earmarked for the bin. Can’t teach old dogs new skills, especially the ones we’ve got.
Summer start. Cheap option drop a division produce a team using “new” management skill protocols.

Dreadful appointment. Knew it would be. Guy has done absolutely nothing to warrant a full-time gig.
We are in a lose-lose situation. We fail, we are playing League 1 football. Stay up, and we have him in charge for a season. He is clearly out his depth. Pumped off the two worst teams in the league. The dire times just keeps rolling on if you are a Pars fan. We must be the worst run club in British football. All the tools are there to be reasonably successful, but we seem hell-bent on running the club in to oblivion. Sick of it.

I had hoped to give Tidser a fair opportunity! I discovered on the day of the Falkirk match that he would be joining us, and I was profoundly disappointed by the apparent lack of ambition the club demonstrated in appointing him. As time progressed and the delay in his arrival continued, coupled with the improvement in form under John, I found myself eagerly anticipating what might unfold. However, witnessing our 3-0 defeat against Airdrie away left me unimpressed, and since then, I have harbored doubts about his capabilities and don’t think he’s the right man for us . Tonight`s performance was a disgrace. In the two matches where we desperately needed results, against Airdrie away and Hamilton, he has failed us. We must secure wins over these teams to avoid relegation. I fear he will lead us to that unfortunate fate. He merely sits in the dugout, offering no guidance or support to the players when he should be on the touchline, providing direction and encouragement. There is a palpable lack of passion emanating from the manager, which is hardly surprising given that the players reflect the same as him. While Tidser may articulate a compelling vision, his actions to date suggest he is at a loss. It must be said that I have came home from tonight`s game with heightened emotions, hence this outburst.

By far the worst team in the Championship at the moment , being dragged down by a clueless manager that believes his own crap , i often wonder what our " or Cooks " criteria for appointing a new manager is. there doesn,t seem to be an interview process we just seem to pluck a name out out of a hat this guy should not be anywhere near a club with a history and Fanbase like ours , division 1 beckons im afraid COYP

I really want this to work. I love the idea of a young manager guiding us to a great playing style and success. But thinking about it without emotion, English Premier League sides, when in trouble, go and get someone like Sean Dyche or Sam Allardyce to guide them to safety and afford them the chance to decide long term.
I`m torn because our fans are famously impatient/fickle, he`s very young and he`s trying to introduce a style to a team who are on their 3rd coach this year. That being said, when I watch his interviews he comes across so serious that I can see a world where the enjoyment that McLaughlin brought has been immediately been replaced by tension and pressure. Ultimately I`ve no idea. We need a result at the weekend because the teams on either side of us are showing signs of life and we`re showing the opposite.

Stubbornly sticking to a playing style that is ill-suited to the league he’s in, the players at his disposal, creates minimal chances and is tedious to watch. And, as is apparent from his interview, isn’t working coz the players aren’t trying hard enough.
Take Bene for example. Made a good career out of heading it, kicking it and being in the right place at the right time. He’s totally unsettled him asking him to be Beckenbaur.

I just watched an interview between Neil Warnock and Pep Guardiola. They both agreed that no matter how much you want to, you can never throw your players under the bus. The writing is on the wall.
