Hello all, in case anyone has the same issue. Checked this season ticket in my Apple wallet to find out they had expired.
If you have this issue, go to the email that the club sent and just perform the download once more and the season ticket will be renewed for the new season.
Hey presto. Season ticket renewed again.

Seems the expiry date was set to 1st August. Spoke to the club shop today, and it’s being fixed.
Any problems with your original email (I delete all mine) and the club shop can re-send.

Modern technology is a load of old cobblers, far better with a proper physical season ticket book, where you rip out the page for that game. You can also fling it on the pitch in disgust at the end of the match and shout "ah`ll no be back!". Normally towards the end of the season.
It`s also rubbish not having a physical ticket for a gig these days, I`ve got a fantastic collection of concert tickets, some signed

Same here. Eventually used finger to hold code nearer the top of the phone and then it worked. Might still go and get a hard card though.

I wonder if they`d somehow set the scanners to query all under 12. In the Norrie 11 yr old son tried his, wouldn`t work, we were told to come out queue and go in next gate where a woman was visually checking the tickets, not scanning. So my ticket wasn`t scanned and wouldn`t show i as at the game ( not that that will have any impact as far as I can see)

In shop today getting my new season card replaced as it did not work on Saturday.
Reason was a faulty bar code as one of the bars was hardly visible.
Seemingly a faulty printer and new printer is now in place.
So if your season card did not work on Saturday check the barcode if one of the bars are hardly visible you need to get card replaced.

@ianoappar that may explain why the shop stopped handing season tickets out on Saturday, maybe someone had noticed. I had to get my ticket emailed to me, not that that was a problem.

I only ever scan the QR code. I suppose if the print on your card was bad generally maybe the QR code was bad too.

I`m surprised more folk don`t use the club ticketing app to store their STs. If a technophobe like me can get it to work anyone can. One-off tickets for cup games, hospitality, etc bought online also go there automatically.

I changed my ticket to an Apple Wallet ticket and……it didn’t work ….like many others. Will be picking up a physical ticket before the Ross County game.

I can’t manage to do the Apple wallet thing either but I just screenshotted the PDF photos sent by the club and saved them in my favourites so easy to find.
I usually use the physical tickets anyway so no big deal.
