Anyone got any transfer rumours?. I’ve heard about the Argentinean striker and also heard a rumour about Fowler from Queen’s Park. No idea how accurate the Fowler one is, right enough?

I read Fowler is out of contract at Queen`s in the summer. He`s scoring all their goals so grossly simplifying they have a choice of...
1. Hold on to him until the summer, have a better chance of staying up, but get nothing for him and possibly have an unhappy player.
vs
2. Let him go now, receive a nominal fee, but have their championship status more at risk.
At the start of the season there was talk about financial struggles caused by Haughey pulling the plug so maybe he`d be allowed to move on, they would just need a replacement lined up first.
Feel like I say this every window but what about Oli Shaw?

Would take fowler, shame there’s not really any forwards on the books who we could loan them as part of the deal.
Would be a sound investment for us as he’s banging them in for queens and this will severely weaken them. He’s 24 but can’t find anything outside of just his previous clubs so no idea if he’s got a decent record prior to this season.

More likely a pre contract signing if we go for him. Queens Park are in the relegation area and staying up could mean more to them than letting the player leave in January for a nominal fee.

Fowler would be deadly playing off someone like Rudden or Kane and would fit into the squad IMHO. Hope there’s some truth in that one.
Not heard any rumours, except for the Argentinian one, but the fact that 4 months later, not 1 person has come up with a name, makes me think it could be rubbish.

I doubt Barney will be back. For him personally he wants a shot at premiership. For us, we need the certainty of a striker coming in to play from the start of January. I think timing is everything and to wait until the end of Feb for what may or may not happen doesn`t give us certainty. I don`t think Barney is ready for the premiership yet and could have done with staying until the end of the season, but he wants to give it a shot. Our only option would be to pay Falkirk a transfer fee. Then you have to weigh up what other options there may be out there for the money. I think its the right time for a parting of the waves and we have to look after ourselves. Good luck to him. He did a great job for us, but that was also a result of the opportunities and coaching he received here.

Surely he`s either got a club lined up, or is packing it in?
He`s 37 and been a peripheral player for Falkirk this season, I think he can leave with his reputation high. Possibly had a fallout with the penguin?
We cannot be in the market for any ageing pros, with us it`s been a mixed bag, we need experience, but mid/late 20s experience.
Be strange if he went to Ross Co they must love elderly footballers as much as they love collecting managers.
We`ve got Rudden, Tod, then we have Cooper etc not to mention the guys out on loan.
I don`t have a feeling for what we need, central defence probably, full back etc. but attacking midfields we have plenty.

Be interesting with Arbroath if all the loan players get recalled, Kabongolo we couldn`t handle, but the others made the difference, if they lose them would be interesting.
Not sure how injury prone Beadling is these days, but he`s gone part time- apart from the loan players I don`t know if they have any full time players now.
They also have Todorov and Mebude on the bench.....

Jake/Taylor Sutherland are back from loans in January and I wonder if Arbroath might be a good move? No huge threat of relegation, little chance of promotion and would give them championship experience.

Taylor Sutherland has struggled to make any improvement in the 4th tier, I think Clyde fans are happy to see him go back to us, apparently too lightweight and fails to make an impact.
Jake has also been playing in the 4th tier- but typically comes on for 15 or 20 minutes.
These guys are miles off the 2nd tier so far, they really need to get cracking.

I suspect we will freewheel for the next 2-3 weeks. Most signings are announced late January so I suspect that when we will start to see any movement. I would anticipate at least one loan player but at this stage we should be trying to bring in players permanently for next seasons challenge, conservatively aiming for finishing 3rd or 4th this season.

From Scott Burns at the Record -
Raith Rovers are set to sign Andy Winter on loan from Livingston. The 23-year-old has been given the green light from Davie Martindale to make the move to Kirkcaldy.
Rovers manager Dougie Imrie has made the striker one of his top January targets. Winter moved to Livi from Hamilton back in 2024. He has struggled to get game time since Livingston won promotion back to the Premiership. That has opened the door for Imrie to make his move. Winter will become one of his first signings. Rovers will push for the deal so Winter can make his debut against Airdrie on Saturday.

I don`t think it`s clear yet. Sounds like a clash with Brown may have brought it about.
If Haughey hadn`t pulled his investment I would have bet on back to QP. Plenty championship clubs would take him. He would tick the `experience` box for us. Maybe East Kilbride? Who knows.

Will be interesting to see where he goes, I`m guessing Ayr paid off his contract, surely there are caveats? Such as can`t sign for Championship club.
He`s basically not played at all this season, and he`s mercurial at best, he`s not going to a top flight team, so will be interesting to see where he goes.

Even though they have only won 1 in 20 Livi could stay up, I do actually fancy them clawing back the 4 point gap with Killie, and to be honest they haven`t looked a good team, but they`ve been competitive. Then they worry about the bottom 6/ playoffs
Could be wrong, but Killie appointing McCann and `Doddsy` looks bad.
A good way for Arfield to finish his career?

Aye he seemed to lose his way around that time, he looked great before his injury, and when he came back he was poor, maybe as you say the Court case was weighing heavily.
He needs to find his level and get on with his career, play games, so this is hopefully a good move for him.
I kind of think he has the capability of having a really good career, so good luck to him, it just won`t be with Dunfermline.

Here`s an interesting snippet from the Record`s Transfer news -
`Falkirk are set to sign Newcastle United striker Ben Parkinson. The Bairns have agreed a deal with the English Premier League side. The 20-year-old will move to John McGlynn’s side on a permanent basis.
Falkirk chief scout Allan Fraser has brought Parkinson to the table. He also has a close relationship with Newcastle sporting director Ross Wilson, who started off with the Bairns. That has helped the Premiership League new boys to get a deal concluded. United also didn’t want to hold Parkinson back.`
It`ll be interesting to see how that affects Barney Stewart`s game time.

Sorry, not free agents as I suggested. Both may be available though.
Thomas has had very limited playing time at Ayr. Brown has openly criticised him. I don`t think a sub appearance in the KDM trophy (he`s not played in the league for months) would cement his redemption just yet.
Morrison has said he wants to return to Scotland.

The Record now have the story -
Dunfermline Athletic have agreed a deal to bring Callumn Morrison back to Scotland.
The Pars have thrashed out a deal with Linfield for the attacker.
Negotiations have been on-going for several weeks but an agreement has now been reached.
The 26-year-old moved from Falkirk to Northern Ireland last year.
Morrison has struggled to settle and wanted to return to Scotland.
He will now get his wish with Neil Lennon`s side.
Partick Thistle had expressed an interest at the start of the window but didn`t have the finance to compete.

He left Falkirk under challenging circumstances put down to player dynamics and a transfer request. He suffered an illness at Falkirk and came back not necessarily a first team choice. He doesn`t seem to have fared too well at Linfield but was a prolific goalscorer in league 1.

(Oli) Shaw is one of the highest-paid players at Accies and it is understood St Johnstone and Dunfermline have shown an interest in snapping up the former Hibs striker, who is the top scorer in League One with 12 goals and three assists in 17 games. He has scored 16 goals in 26 appearances for Accies in all competitions this season.

More from the Record -
Out-of-favour Falkirk forward Alfredo Agyeman looks poised to join Championship leaders St Johnstone on loan.
The enigmatic wide man is a popular player at the Bairns but has seen his minutes decline during their rise through the leagues. He`s had a role to play largely as a substitute this season but the arrivals of Ben Parkinson and Louie Marsh mean he hasn`t made the bench for any of their last three matches.
And now The Courier report he`s heading to Perth with promotion-chasing Saints as he looks to get back playing regular football. He`s scored 15 and assisted nine in 107 appearances for the Bairns but the bulk of those runouts have been off the bench.

The quality of our squad is improving all the time, however number are creeping up and we cant keep everyone happy.

Macleod, Tod, Morrison and Cooper aren’t strikers.
If we could get Oli Shaw he’d be a welcome addition.
Only for strikers we have are Rudden and Thomas. Kane is injured all the time.
Like I say to me it makes sense to bring in Oli Shaw if possible.

All the best to Sutherland, but he wasn’t going to reach the level we’re aiming for. Agyeman is a strange signing for St Johnstone. He’s never looked more than bang average.
We could do worse than trying to move Kane on. He’s never fit, is reportedly one of our highest earners, and we can’t afford big wages going on players who miss so many games.
KRH is another I wouldn’t be overly concerned about losing. He hasn’t hit the same standard as during his loan spell and, again, apparently he’s among the top earners at the club.
If we were able to move those two on, it would free up room to potentially improve JCM’s deal and potentially bring in another option.
This is Andy Tod`s world and we are lucky to live in it.

Kane will be given 10mins here and there for the remainder of the season due to injuries.
That leaves us with just Rudden and Thomas as out and out strikers.

We were rumoured to be interested in Olly Shaw. The press reported that he was the highest paid player at Hamilton. He was left out of the squad against Peterhead, rumoured to be due to interests from other clubs
The challenge may be salary fitting with our wage structure, who knows. No doubt Hamilton are looking at their players and salaries with ways of reducing costs. NL rated him highly in the past, but it looks like he hasn`t fulfilled his potential. Shaw stated previously NL was his mentor. There is a connection there but the acid test is would he do a job for us and does he want to kick start his career. If so, in terms of money, sometimes you have to take a step back to take a step forward. At 27 he has 3 good years in front of him.

It feels like I`ve been mentioning Shaw every transfer window for years so would be pleased if it happened. 😂
I do think though that St Johnstone might be more likely given they are in a stronger position to be promoted. He`d have the chance to go from L1 to the premiership.
I`m a bit surprised the Rovers aren`t looking at Shaw. They are absolute dross up front. Can only assume the wages are too high.

I’ve always thought of Olí Shaw as a classic type of 9 and Morrison more as an attacking wide man/winger.
It looks to me like we’ve got Rudden, Thomas and A Tod who can play upfront in different roles. IMO we could have space for an Olí Shaw.

I think given he came back from Barnsley to Hamilton it was more about money than career. Other clubs may not have been willing to meet his salary. St J seem to have been favourites to sign him up but I wonder where that sits now.

So much talk about Oli Shaw but I would really like to think that NL and the owners are looking at players a step up from league one.
We also have Conner Young on loan who was prolific for Edinburgh City who still has to develop. Hopefully he will have matured and be a good addition to the first team next season.

I feel the same.I think it`s just that Oli Shaw is clearly available (I think he is signed up next season also) due to Hamiltons finances- quite rightly they are having a fire sale.
But he`s 28 this year, we would have to match Shaws terms with Accies- no one knows what they are, but clearly that`s put everyone off, so he must have some contract.
I think we have enough at the moment, and I think Young on loan at E Kilbride is a big t of a waste- we already know he can bang them in at a top club in 4th tier, he`s on a long contract with us, so why not loan him to a 3rd tier club, he needs to improve

It`s nice to see these guys being loaned and tested at a level as close to our own as possible.
Kelty seems an obvious shout for a cooperation agreement in future? They are local and anyone 16-21 could go there and be recalled at any time should we need them. Our squad is young and you could write a list of players that could go there, helping us and helping Kelty.

Connor Young hasn’t proved he’s good enough above League 2 so far. Even in a struggling team, he didn’t look up to it last time in a pars shirt.
Players can only go where offers are made, and the fact that both him and Sam Young ended up at Tranent and East Kilbride tells you that no League 1 side really fancied them.

Tbf, it`s arguably more difficult to look good in a struggling team. Playing in a team of good players full of confidence, on the other hand.....
Players can only go where offers are made, and the fact that both him and Sam Young ended up at Tranent and East Kilbride tells you that no League 1 side really fancied them.
Maybe no League 1 side needed players in the position these boys play in, or the players themselves had a choice and opted for the clubs they went on loan to?

I agree that we`re a bit light on out and out strikers, only really have Rudden, Thomas and once every so often, Kane. NL seems to favour playing two strikers recently too
However... we have tonnes of attacking mids/forwards who are struggling for game time, I think we`re more likely to see them fill in as striker than we are to see us sign anyone else
A Tod
Cacares
McLeod
Cooper
Bray
M Todd
Morrison
Hosler
all are competing for 2 places, and tbh Andy Tod has his place nailed down, so it`s the other 7 going for 1 spot... (I suppose Matty gets minutes as right back too, but still)

Aye, seen that mate. Know that he`s ex Rovers, but is he any good?
I was in his uncle’s class at skool and just like him, threatened to make the big time but didn’t.
Obvious talent though.
Pars were interested years ago but his attitude towards his ex Cowden boss put us off him.
Was at the Swifts post covid when they all joined the full leagues and scored a barrowload them, but he is probably about Lowland League level now, should get a few goals for them.
Done well for himself as a player to be fair, played at decent enough level for a local lad.

Some Championship chat from Scott Burns in the Record -
Any update on Ronan Hale to Gillingham?
That one looks unlikely to happen now. Gillingham went to £200,000 but it was short of Ross County’s valuation. I don’t see them going back in any higher. I would suspect that Hale is more likely to go in the summer, if he can get the Staggies out of relegation trouble. But you never know what madness could happen in the last few days of the window.
Any Morton transfer news? Preferably striker and centre half?
They are looking for another striker. I know that Eamonn Brophy has been offered to a few Championship rivals. That could free up budget if someone was to bite on that front. The issue for Ian Murray is trying to generate funds because money is tight at Cappielow.
Any St Johnstone updates?
Simo Valakari is trying to bring in another striker that is his main priority. He is keen on Queen’s Park forward Josh Fowler. The Spiders are reluctant to sell their top striker while they battle to stay afloat in the Championship.
Hamilton’s Oli Shaw is another they have spoken to. Fowler is the preference but Shaw could be revisited if a deal for Fowler can’t be agreed. Saints will be able to use some of the money from Adama Sidibeh’s six figure move from Stockport County when it is finally announced.
Will Arbroath sign anyone?
I think there will be a bit of movement in and out at Gayfield. Nokolay Todorov is attracting interest from a few clubs. If the striker goes then that will free up budget.
There are also concerns over Findlay Marshall. They are waiting to see if Aberdeen don’t hit the recall button on their midfielder before the end of the window. It is a worrying possibility for the Red Lichties.

a centre half is a must unless they believe Davidson is ready and with the co-operation agreement in place they will recall him if or when required.
better cover for Fraser would be next for me but the priority after a centre half would be trying to get at least a couple of players out.

Just through perhaps Tashs’ injury may see Otoo return to the squad as a midfield option, which I think is where he’s at his best.
Mehmet and Ngwenya have came in form the cold, so don’t see why Otoo can’t.

Rudden is an out and out scorer, Kane to a lesser extent. I`d expect Andy Tod and Morrison to be either side of Rudden and/or a little deeper in our starting XI most games. Thomas might be best through the centre but could play wider as well. After that as Jealous Furniture points out, there is an array of wide forwards/wingers/attacking midfielders - Cacares, McLeod, Cooper, Bray, M Todd
KRH.
Matty Todd is clearly doing well at right wing back, but we don`t need 5 other back up options for the front 3 positions.
KRH seems furthest out the picture, but would anyone from League One be interested and be willing pay a decent chunk of his wages to take him on loan? Then maybe one of Mcleod or Bray, as the youngest they might benefit from a loan in League One.
At centre half, it will depend on Lennon`s confidence in Otoo and Hamilton to fill in, and Davidson if he can easily be recalled.
I agree with GJS93, if Fraser gets injured, there is nobody in the squad that come in and play the left wing back role to nearly the same level. Otoo really struggled there and it didn`t seem to suit Ngwenya either.

More from the Record -
Hibs have rejected a potential £5million-plus bid from Hellas Verona for Kieron Bowie. The Italian side tabled the offer on Tuesday afternoon, but it has been turned down. The Serie A side offered around €5million with another €1million in add-ons. Verona are keen to land the Scotland international to help them in their relegation fight.
It is likely that they will go back in over the coming days. Record Sport revealed last week there was growing Italian, German and Belgian interest in the Hibs star. Hibs’ value their prize asset far higher than the first bid and it remains to be seen if Verona or anyone else can match that valuation.

If you could combine Barneys finishing with Bowies movement you’ve got a £8million striker. Bowie off the ball is outstanding. The problem was he missed a free header and didn’t score 1on1. Couple of seasons he could be the best striker in Scotland. Having said that, you might be saying the same about Barney. He takes his chances and works hard. Think working with Brian Graham will do him well if he can learn a couple of things off him.

I still think going for Oli Shaw and securing him would be a huge statement of intent for what we’re trying to achieve.
Would for me really increase the odds of getting a playoff spot and set us up well for a push next season.
We have a lot of attacking options I get that - but none are out and out strikers - if Kane was fit and reliable would maybe think otherwise.

Lennon on signing Rudden "It was good to get a striker in. Obviously, Zak knows the league. He had a good season last year in a team that struggled. He’s been at Dundee, Partick Thistle, he knows the environment. What he brings is energy and a goal threat as well."
His goal scoring record is decent, but not outstanding at Championship level, but then whose is? Brian Graham, anyone else over a decent period of time except maybe one good season?
Rudden can`t play as wide forward, isn`t a target man and doesn`t have the pace to run in behind...so if he isn`t at least a `poacher` `striker` `out and out scorer` what is he?
I realise we are probably splitting hairs :)

Dunfermline are poised to snap up former St Johnstone midfielder Graham Carey on loan for the rest of the season. The 36-year-old joined Livingston in the Premiership last summer after three seasons with Saints, where he made over 100 appearances. However, the 36-year-old has been on the fringes of David Martindale’s first-team thinking this season and was made available ahead of Monday’s transfer deadline. The last of his 11 outings for the Lions was on November 30 as a substitute against Aberdeen.
With just two league starts under his belt, Carey was keen to kick-start his campaign with a move away from Almondvale and is expected to complete the formalities of his switch to Fife on Thursday. Pars boss Neil Lennon, who would have seen Carey coming through the ranks as a youngster at Celtic, has one of the youngest starting XIs in the SPFL and has spoken previously about being keen to add more experience to his squad. With bags of time spent in the Scottish Premiership with St Mirren, Ross County and Saints, as well as spells in English League One with Plymouth Argyle and Bulgaria with CSKA Sofia, Carey will add years of knowhow and nous. Assuming the paperwork is in place in time, the Republic of Ireland cap could make his Dunfermline debut on Saturday at home to Airdrie.
He could also provide cover for Robbie Fraser at LWB.

Not all signings are going to be identified by A.I.
Bord acknowledged in Legends back in December that we need experiece. Lennon has a big say in what comes in. He wouldn`t be here if it was all down to the owners and A.I. It`s a collaboration between A.I and Lennon as to who comes in and it`s working tremendously well.

According to the AI Overview thing on Google, Raith Rovers might be due a potential windfall if he moves as well. Apparently they sold him to Fulham with a clause for 20% of future profits, and if he goes for £6,000,000, Fulham would get £1,500,000 of that and have to pass on £300,000 to the Rovers. Not sure on the truth of that, or how sell on clauses on contracts work, but that would be good money if true, so let`s hope he`s going nowhere.

If they can’t organise themselves pronto they could be in for it. We drew 2-2 with Ronan Hale at EEP. Played the rest of them off the park 😂

It has been reproted that Fowler has signed for Saints and may make a debut tomorrow.
As a whole I am glad we have played 3 of our 4 games against the Saints.
If they can beat the teams around us it will give us a great chance of the top 4.
Am I remembering this right? We’ve taken 4 points from them? Won 1, drew 1, lost 1 🤔
That’s a great haul against them. It’s our games against Ross County and Co that’s letting us down. Good in the big games, poor in the others 🤷🏻♂️

Should be a good watch tomorrow night.
Fowler should start for STJ.
I think I`d like a draw or a Patrick win to keep the title race alive. If STJ win tomorrow and then win their game in hand they would be 8 points clear.

Transfer fees are crazy. I suppose, like everything else, a player`s value is what somebody is prepared to pay for him. Nobody who watched Kieron Bowie play against us in the recent cup tie would think he was worth £6m+. Josh Fowler looks a bargain by comparison.

I think thats the point Wee Eck. Football players arent worth that kind of money. Its a throwback to the crazy days of excessive transfer fees in unstainable financial models in a football clubs ill conceived attempt for success. It would be interesting to research what transfer fees have been paid over the last 25 years and how many of them actually resulted in some form of profit for the club

Based on yesterday there is a couple of areas we could do with improving, the right hand side, attacking midfield, the number 10 and in goals.
Here’s hoping it’s a signing to come straight in and fill one of those gaps.

There was a Peruvian social media account who posted immediately after he’d been left out the squad for the St Johnstone game.He obviously has a fair following with the consensus saying bring him home.
It all seems odd, a game like yesterday where you need some creativity would appear to have suited him yet he’s left out, it wouldn’t surprise if he’s allowed to leave soon.

Kinda hoping we sign a goal scorer and a keeper.
We don’t score enough goals and miss chances that should be hitting the net. Also you’d feel a savvy striker would be able to sniff out a few more chances by making timely runs.
All three of the keepers on the books have let in some very poor goals this season which by my running tally have cost us about 13 points.
If we are serious about trying to go up this year we will.
I’m actually ok if we don’t but we have a good summer transfer window and mount a good title challenge next season. It might be too early for us to go up this season. Would an extra year in the championship be better for some of our younger players development? Quite possibly.
The long term picture looks pretty good anyway. No panic but we still need a couple of pieces if the aim is to get up this year IMO.

To keep in the hunt for the playoffs we need a keeper and a striker by end of the window.
Like said above we done score anywhere near enough goals and if we’re letting soft goals in at the other end it doesn’t look good.
We won’t catch Arbroath if that keeps up and if it’s between us, Raith and Ayr for 4th spot I don’t see us doing that currently.

I agree Jeffrey, if he isn`t getting a look in here, they should be looking after the player by sending him to a club, perhaps at a lower level where he will be playing. He needs experience for his development

“He made his full Rangers competitive debut in a Scottish Cup fourth round tie at home to Fraserburgh on 19 January 2025 where the hosts won 5-0 and Munn kept a clean sheet.”
Before that time he was prevalent in their youth squads.

Junior Hoilett leaves Hibs for Swindon Town.
That’s the player who never made it to the team sheet in our cup match but who was on the field of play 😂

The window is open domestically to the end of February for loans. Personally I think we have a squad capable of getting us into the top 4. Its sbout making sure we are up for every game, concentrate for 90 minutes, and be brave and confident in games in the knowledge that we can beat any team in this league. A bit more belief, positivity and committment and we will be in the playoffs.

Nicky Clark is the best striker we`ve had at the club in a long time. Maybe aside Faissal the first time around

I think Nicky Clark was under-appreciated when he was with us - maybe because his dad was assistant manager. I`d say Kevin Nisbet was the best finisher in recent years.

Ross County must have had a wage bill outstripping a few SPL teams this season. Ridiculous squad size for this level.

think its the first time this season their squad size is smaller than ours :/
"Lawless, Clark and Mackay-Steven can stay well away from here."
the loan window stays open but in terms of options the free agents including those guys could be better.
unless there are injuries or someone gets punted off to Bulgaria like Mebude last year, i think the squad will stay as it is for the remainder of the season.

The club are being cautious which to me is a good thing. It probably won`t happen for us this year, we aren`t ready. However the marquee signings people are looking for won`t happen until Kane and KRH go. Their wages are an anchor on the squad at the moment. You could be looking at 3-4 very good players for that money.

We probably aren’t going up this year without adding a solid goalie and finding more goals from a new striker but it isn’t the end of the world if we spend another season in the championship as long as we recruit well in the summer.
As others have said we have wages going out on a fair few players who aren’t doing much for us at the moment, most of those deals are up in the summer though so we could see some interesting players come in without the wage bill going up too much. We already have a very decent foundation and a lot of the younger guys at the club will be more reliable next season with a bit more experience under their belt. I’m excited for next season and expect us to challenge for the title.
Would it have been nice to see us have a big January and really push on for the rest of the season? Sure. But it maybe wouldn’t have been the best in terms of the long term planning of the club. A lot of the guys signed up for next season wouldn’t be ready for the premier league yet, in my opinion only two or three of them would be ready to play in the top flight week in and week out. If we go up at the end of next season we are likely to be better equipped to stay in the premier.

We need a tactical change as much as anything, particularly playing at home. Saturday was as bad as anything we`ve seen in the last few years in terms of the ball being passed back and forth across the back line. A change of shape to have an extra man through the middle and making subs earlier might have helped.
We have scored 17 goals away and 12 at home this season, that suggests we can`t break down teams who come and sit in.
Three home league matches lost in a row is really really poor.
Team selection and shape should be interesting this weekend.

In my opinion we have enough good players for now, and enough to work with up front
I`m hoping the same as the start, for pushing the playoffs and next season have a real go at it. I`m really happy with the overall improvement - it`s not boring!
We`re not far off it, Saturday we were a bit like last season, too slow in the build up, and midfield not driving forward quickly enough, by the time we had stopped fannying about with the ball, the opposition had regrouped- that needs to get changed and I`m sure it is, no one should play like that in the Scottish 2nd tier. The Ayr game at home first half we were farcical, second half was how we should be more like in this league.
