He knows Labour will win. I`m not a gambling man but I`d predict all of Fife will go to Labour apart from the north, which will be Lib Dem.
I`d be surprised if Alba win a single seat. Rightly or wrongly, Salmond has a tarnished reputation. I`d genuinely love to see Alba do well but it seems to be made up of a bit of a rabble.
If I was Alba I`d be investing heavily in improving their public image as the true route to Scottish independence. All we hear just now is noise.

I`d say quite rightly Salmond has a tarnished reputation. Be it, by his own admission, acting inappropriately with women under him or taking Putin`s roubles or breaking vows his legacy will be one shame and failure.
And although my eyes were open

No doubt about it, Salmond and Sturgeon
need to leave Scottish politics as both
un or willingly have polarised the Independence movement.
Why do you think the SNP will lose all the Fife seats they have ?

Tenruh, Fife will go Labour because the SNP are viewed as damaged goods and Alba are too new and unknown. It`ll be back to Labour who will make things worse IMO.

Nah still a decent rump of MPs though. Certainly more than they ever scraped together in the Salmond era. It`s good though to keep parties on their toes and not take the electorate for granted. Hanvey and MacAskill out on their ear will also be satisfying however they`ll have their mitts out for their `winding down` and `loss of seat` monies.
