Interesting! All the players signed to help in January and a new manager and that’s the best they can come up with?
They should be feeling pretty worried.

According to sportsound they only mentioned James bord. Tidser stated pre match he is in regular contact with bord. Interesting how their next conversation will go after he witnessed today.

It’s hard to believe that Wotherspoon and Chalmers never got on. Yes, they are not the most athletic, but both can find a pass.
It just lends a bit more to the suspicion that the manager is being told to play the new signings.

It`s not a wild take at all, at least Chalmers actively looks for the ball and takes responsibility. Our midfield was totally missing for most of the match.

The issue isn`t the individuals IMO, it`s the way they`re being told to play.
Bringing on Joe would have changed absolutely nothing with Tidser insisting we play the way we are.

Nothing on the wings at all. Trying to go through the middle all the time. McCann was getting some joy when we did go wide. That cross across the goal was begging for someone to get on the end of it.

You think Tidser doesn`t want his centre midfielders to look for the pass from Bene or JCM? Otoo has regressed wildly in that team, the boy can`t control a ball.

or pass a ball
or head a ball
wins a tackle now and again, then gives it back to the opposition under no pressure
"The issue isn`t the individuals IMO, it`s the way they`re being told to play"
they cannot do some of the most basic things in the game, our best 11 needs at least 13 players no matter they style or shape and thats been the same for nearly 2 seasons now. that was never going to be fixed in 2 weeks in January.

The new owners are clueless. They’re treating our club like a toy. Appointing a rookie manager and filling our squad with random youngsters when we’re in the midst of a relegation battle. Fussballclub GmbH were bad enough but at this stage I think we’ve gone out of the frying pan into the fire.

lol otoo is a left back that we’ve chucked in midfield but the guy ain’t a midfielder so unsurprisingly has had quite frankly a terrible season producing nothing of note since the opening weeks.
To be honest we could let go of every single player and we wouldn’t miss any of them next season. Well unless there’s more dross like yeboah brought in.

Sadly at this moment in time Dunfermline Athletic are utterly woeful. Play off at best and if we continue playing as badly whoever we get in those play offs will fancy their chances and rightly so…..
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

This!!! If I’m Conner young the fact that yeboah gets a game ahead of me would have me on the phone in the summer begging Edinburgh city to put a bit in for me

Bradley Holmes would give Yeboah a run for his money! Tbh, Connor Young hasn`t done much in the appearances he has made to suggest he should be starting either. It`s a big jump from League 2 to the Championship. FEB scored for fun in League 1 but found it a lot more difficult two leagues higher up.

When Connor Young signed, Tidser said they would look after him. Does that mean they`ll keep him safe and cosy in the dugout? Yeboah getting more game time than a natural goal scorer defies belief.

Otoo was loaned in as a left back, Celtic considered his best position to be a left back.
We seem to have decided a young left back just finding his way in the game is now good enough to make an impression in the middle of the park in the championship and shock horror it’s not working.
You can argue about his partners in there all you want but he’s having zero impact on games, they are totally passing him by.

Oakley Boothe hid the whole game, never wanting the pass, stood back at throw ins and generally strolled through the game offering zero going forward. Not the player as described by himself!

I honestly wish I had the answers as to how we go about fixing the mess we are In but what I do know is that the new owners and tidser will know all about it if we go down which is looking more and more likely as the weeks go on I just hope they are ready for the fallout and are prepared to do what is needed to get us out of league 1 again

My view on our crap results:
* massive coaching issue
* poor tactics and no game plan
* really low motivation in the squad
* no leader on the park
* Otoo is a good player and so are some of the other players but we don’t see it due to all the above
Away performances are a disgrace. Showed glimpses of attacking football in the 2nd half against Morton after a dreadful first half.
Hamilton/ Airdrie/ Morton are able to win points away from home so maybe Tidser should look at some of their away matches to understand how they do it!!
Are we going down? We will be in the bottom 2. We can’t win away from home so playoffs won’t go well for us, if we even make them!!
