Agreed. Started really well and defended excellently.

Fantastic result. Defended well in the second half but really should have been defending a 2 goal lead after Adam’s miss in the first. Greece will still be extremely dangerous at Hampden but we’ve got the advantage. They have a fantastic record in Greece which shows how amazing an achievement this is. Hanley and Ralston who are fringe players at their club were fantastic. Ralston was my man of the match tonight.
Looking at the World Cup, our group looks extremely tough - Portugal/Denmark and Greece are a nightmare group. The young 17 year old for Greece looks a superb talent.

As to the game itself, we won’t have an easier first half in terms of chances. It should have been 3-0
Second half we knew what was coming and defended brilliantly but crucially looked comfortable on the ball breaking away from defence.
Wasn’t a penalty I agree. Scott rolled his foot over the ball but we will take it.
Enough to suggest we can get a win on Sunday but more importantly not fear Greece in the World Cup qualifiers
I do hope Portugal get through though.
Much rather Denmark in our group.
Well done Scotland 🏴

Great result but Greece will be very dangerous opponents at Hampden.
We were excellent first half but were completely dominated SH.
I worry about our central midfield. We all know what McGinn ( spent a lot of time on his backside tonight ) Gilmour( thought he had a poor game overall ) and McTomminay can do but apart from them who else do we have? Ferguson ? Not sure about him at this level yet.
We had ten outfield subs but not one quality centre mid.. let’s hope none of the above get injured in WC qualifiers..
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

The same Lewis Ferguson thats wanted by big European clubs isn’t good enough for Scotland? Honestly, what planet do some people live on? 😂🤦🏻♂️

Would say Midfield is our strongest area in the squad. Funnily enough the weakest one IMO you haven’t even mentioned is McLean. Lennon Miller was on the bench and Christie will be back Sunday too after being suspended last night.

After his sending off in his last appearance, Porteous comes on for a few minutes clatters someone’s leg over the ball then stands on another one’s foot!
Reckless or just stupid?

The latter, without a doubt. He shouldn’t be getting a game any time soon. It’s clear no lessons have been learned.

The first one - his follow through went right down the Greek boy’s shin - lucky to not have been booked
