Anyone know when we are likely to see our strip for the new season? 12 days away from the league cup section starting and we haven`t seen anything.

Why is the club always so late at getting new kit available?
Fans say it every single season that these kits should be out before people head off on summer holidays but they seem to get later year on year.

Probably the one summer most families happy to wait given the cost of the cup semi and final plus playoff games not to mention season ticket renewal.
Traditionally they normally have an open day planned to sell new kits which is in July in years gone past.

If you had a reasonably good season like we just had with reaching a Play-off spot and a Cup Final having the shirts available early may promote extra sales.
I can think of nothing better than buying my season ticket and shirt at the same time.
Early bird, worm and all that.

Cant really claim that given that they were able to supply an additional batch at short notice for the cup final. Not Erreas fault UPS lost it.

The new season shirts should have been here, the days of Open days with the new strip long before the start of the season are gone because supliers or the club not getting their act together.

Yep should have an open day on the Sunday after the season ends. Reveal new kit and let people buy it while kids get to meet the players etc.
Then everyone can head off on holiday and the pars have sold a bucket load of shirts etc
Too much insistence on a fancy social media reveal these days.

Not Erreas fault though, UPS lost the shipment. Anyway, last year`s delay in getting strips out could be forgiven due to the change in sponsorship...really no excuse this year.

2 years ago it was definitely in early - mid June as I was in Germany and my friend got me one at the launch event 🤔
Dunno what the hold up is this year tho - agree with others that they could / should have capitalised on the cup final / end of season upbeat mood 🤷♀️

I would have thought fans would welcome some respite from financial demands after the costs of play-off games, Cup Final tickets and assciated costs and then the launch of season tickets at the beginning of June. You can`t pleases everybody I suppose.

To be honest, I`m not a marketing professional, so those in charge might know what they are doing, but if I was in charge, I`d be wanting the shirts here by mid May and have an end of season open day to flog them, so that everyone has them for summer. Imagine how many they would have sold with a Cup Final to wear it to. Not been impressed with Errea, much better with a decent kit supplier like Umbro

I don’t get the financial argument it’s an option, you buy it if and when you can afford it.
The earlier they go on sale the more chance you have of securing some disposable income that might ultimately be spent on something else.
Like others mention I see little effort in terms of marketing and engagement to convert some of the 16,000 who attended the cup final.

Football tops with huge sponsors on the front look gash. They should be sold plain, minus sponsors logos, for the fans versions.
There`s been some cracking strips produced lately, ours included, where they`ve went from 10/10 to utter howfing just because of the logo across the chest

Might be totally different in real life, but the way I`m imagining it with the thick black , plus white replacing the turquoise, and red pinstripes, I actually like this. With the collar, it reminds me of an 80s throwback.
