1. What size of divisions do we like?
2. Should we split the league part of the way through the season
3. Should promotion be automatic, or subject to play-offs
4. Should relegation be automatic, or subject to play-offs
5. Is it fair that some clubs competing in the play-offs play a different number of matches than others
6. Should we have a mid-season break
7. How should we deal with fixture congestion in Europe
8. How should we deal with fixture congestion in domestic cup competetitions
9. Should there be minimum entry criteria / licensing conditions
10. What should the sanctions be for clubs that fail to meet criteria
11. How should the national divisions connect to the regional pyramid?
