DAFC Season ticket sales surge
Date: Thursday, 2nd Jun 2005Dunfermline Athletic today announced Season Ticket Sales, which have beaten all their expectations. To date DAFC have already seen an increase in season ticket sales of over 1000 on the same time as last year
John Yorkston, Chairman of DAFC explained “ We believe this increase is partly due to a new Early Bird Offer which they introduced for the first time this year and partly due to a New Young Adults Category that gives concessions to everyone under 22 and of course the Leishman factor.
DAFC also tried to be as fan friendly as we could be their approach to ticket sales this year, enabling fans to apply for season tickets in our Pars Superstore in the centre of town and additional opening times in the ticket office
DAFC are delighted by this increase and hopefully Season Ticket Sales will remain steady and we can exceed last years Season Ticket Sales which will result in having increased Season Ticket sales year on year for the last four years.”
Current Statistics show ticket sales increased 510% and revenue increased 500% compared to this time last year.
